The room was a great size with views over the streets of Paris. Gorgeous. The breakfast was so worth it. The dining area is gorgeous. A great selection of everything you could want and such a nice start to the day. The front of house staff really make this hotel. They are so welcoming. Thank you guys!

The only slight thing that could have been better was the shower. It was an over the bath shower with limited head height and not massively powerful. But that’s all. I could live with that for a weekend break it was fine. But that’s the only feedback that would make the facilities rated as excellent.

Spacious room, very clean & tidy, the bed was very comfortable. Serviced daily. Breakfast was excellent, though at an extra cost. Staff were all lovely. The hotel location was an easy 10min walk to the Arc de Triomphe & train stations. There were several grocery stores in walking distance, as well as cafes, restaurants & bakeries. A little pricey but so is everything in Paris. We would consider staying there again.

Staff were unable to do a Grab & Go breakfast on the day we had an early start day trip (6am) & at that time in the morning, not much else was open. The bigger lift was broken for half the time we stayed there so had to squeeze into a small 4 person lift, which with 2 large suitcases, 2 small carry on suitcases & hand luggage, was a tight fit. It was repaired by the time we had to leave though.

We loved the little balcony, although it was advertised with a place to sit but did not have one, it was still nice to open the windows and step out to enjoy the fresh air and view. The breakfast was nice, and the room overall was spacious enough. Drawers would have been a nice touch, especially at the bedside table. I had to take off the lamp so I could put all my necessities on the table instead of in a drawer below.

The shower/tub was very difficult to get in to. Although this was not the first time we experienced this as we travelled through France, I have to say this one bordered on dangerous. The glass door was difficult to maneuver and as we tried to hoist ourselves up into the tub/shower it kept closing on us.

It has a lovely and welcoming reception area where you can relax while the staff help you check in. The restaurant is very intimate which made it lovely to have breakfast on a nice quiet morning! The building itself has a lot of character which is so nice to stay in. Also the bedroom had a separate toilet to the bath and shower which made it easier for us as a family to get ready in the mornings. Booking.com only allowed me to book 2 rooms even though we are a family of 3 with a small baby, the hotel manager was tremendous in helping allowing me to cancel the initial booking of 2 rooms and then re booking another single double room! Kudos to the staff at Royal Garden from the reception, to restaurant to the cleaners everyone was spectacular!!

The size of the toilet room was a bit small as quite a tall person I felt a bit cramped but other than that no issues at all!

I arrived a little early, but the staff were incredibly welcoming. They sorted me out a room whilst I waited in the lounge with a drink escaping the August Paris heat. My room was lovely and had everything I needed. I had packed a lot into the trip and it was a very hot weekend. Every time I came back the air con was on so the room was lovely and cool and my water had been refilled. The hotel was also perfectly located for all the things I’d planned. Nice area too with some fabulous restaurants nearby. Great place for a solo traveller.

The room was amazing! for the price, the location, and the fact that were in Paris, the room we got was such a deal! it was clean, spacious, and very comfy. Most of the staff were also very nice and helpful when it comes to recommendations. The location was super near Arc de Triomphe so it was an easy walk along that area. However, there was no bus stop or metro station nearby the hotel so it took a longer trip to get to other parts of Paris. Other than that, the hotel was amazing.

the rooms could've had a better view, but that's just a bonus. So it's okay :)

Location of hotel is amazing, just round the corner from the Arc de Triomphe! The staff are both lovely and accommodating. Wonderful breakfast with lovely staff who greet you kindly and professionally. Got a complementary upgrade as it was my mums birthday so we had 2 bedrooms in a suite, instead of 1 shared room with 2 single beds! Also a complimentary bottle of champagne, it was very special for my mum ☺️ beds very comfortable and lovely furniture and decor.

Toilet separate from bathroom. It was very small and dated. There was also some hairs on the seat and the sink didn’t look exceptionally clean. The towel rail wasn’t attached to the wall at the plug area, which didnt look too safe with the bathroom steam. No bottle opener for the water. No breakfast tea bags available.

The staff was lovely. They had a morning breakfast. That was delicious. Unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy our last day. We had to leave too early. Rooms were decorated nicely.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning did not work well in our room so it was a little bit warm for us at times. So we had to open windows And the toilet area is across the hallway in the room from the sink and shower area. I so you had to open the door to go in one room come out of it open another door to go into another room, I felt that was a bit unsanitary.

Loved the location, the staff was incredible and handled a booking problem with so much ease and with amazing solutions, the bed was very comfortable and the amenities and cleaning quite good.

Some of the plugs weren’t working or were broken, not enough light in the bedroom, one of the living room doors didn’t close well.
