We stayed for 2 nights with my bf for a romantic weekend and we are satisfied with it, as we didn't spend a lot of time in a room but rided the bicycle along the Sena river, had the long walks, etc :)) - location is very good - the street is rather quiet (we asked and had a room to the yard without 'the view' and any balcony, however it was rather cold for that so we were not upset about that) - the personnel was very nice - dysol hairdryer and humidifier were as a funny compliment - in general the cleaners was good

- soundproofing (luckily we had no neighbours, otherwise maybe it could be more unpleasant), but it's not a surprise for the building in the center of the city - our room was rather used (furtiture, decorations, etc), but we knew that it's not a new hotel at all - the wardrobe is too small for a long stay - the bathroom was full of water every time after (bizarre that there is not door in it) - we didn't have the breakfasts so no idea about it :)

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. A special shout-out to Miguel—he was the person I spoke with before my arrival, and it was great to have him greet me during check-in as well. He was warm, welcoming, and made the whole process smooth. The breakfast each morning was delicious and had a great variety to choose from. The location couldn’t be better—surrounded by fantastic restaurants, historical landmarks, and within walking distance of both train and metro stations, which made exploring the city super convenient. The room itself was very comfortable, especially the bed—it was perfect for relaxing after a long day out. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

The location of the hotel was good, it only took us 5 min to reach metro line M1(George V station) and Champs-Elysées by walk. From the metro you can reach every touristic location easily. The staff was helpful in every step and the room was great; the beds were comfy, the view from the balcony was great. They even put ropes and slippers to the room. Hotel was clean and the housekeeping was great. I would definitely recommend the hotel and I would stay here again. Thank you for everything :)

The location is great, walking distance to most of the places we wanted to go to. Room is decent size and the staff they’re quite nice and accommodating. We stayed there for 8 nights. Upon arrival we found out all rooms with Balcony were taken (balcony is not always guaranteed as stated in their website) but they did move us to one after 2 nights (when it became available). Loved it here will definitely stay here again. Love the Boulangerie next to the hotel too. Fresh Croissants and baguette everyday.

Location, comfortable beds, room amenities, very nice service.

I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and general room and hotel ! In paris hotels are usually worn down old and smell of mold. This hotel seemed brand new room was great, beds were super comfy . Quiet room even though it's a busy street. The fact that it was a fee minutes walk from champs elysees was amazing ! The buses that go to eiffel tower and gallerie lafayette are at the door ! Perfect location ! Will definitely stay there again !

Hotel staff are very pleasant and welcoming. The hotel is in a great location in Paris The rooms are pleasant and comfortable. The breakfast room is small but well decorated and cozy

The buffet breakfast included in the room rate could be improved. Pastry , bread and chees are not at the standard you expect in a four star Paris hotel. The shower in the room is in an open space with no partition and splashes water all over the bathroom floor if you are not careful.This was very unusual.

The room was extremely comfortable with an excellent bed and great bathroom facilities. The decor was amazing, and the hotel entrance and reception were stunning. The staff made us feel very welcome, and nothing was a problem for them. They even arranged a private tour guide for us, which was the best. The location was amazing. If you looking to spend time in Paris then look no further than this awesome hotel and staff :)

I loved absolutely everything about my experience at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and super nice! The decoration of the hotel and the atmosphere was amazing. The room is very clean, spacious enough, and has everything that's needed. The view from the room is also good 😍 you can see the beautiful Paris streets. I loved the location, I could see L'arc de triomphe from the street. If I come to Paris, for sure I will come back to this place. Thank you for the hospitality.

location location location was excellent literally 5mins from the Arc de T & Champs the Elysees hotel staff were very nice, really friendly & helpful in assisting us with organising tours etc. The check out at 12midday was brilliant on our last day Our rooms were gorgeous & very spacious with all the modern facilities including Japanese style toilet!!!!
