The location is perfect, right next to the Champs-Élysées, only 5 mins walk to Arc de triomphe de l'Étoile. We really enjoy the stay there and staff members are very approachable and friendly too. The facilities are good and beds are so clean and comfortable. We would highly recommend this hotel because of its excellent location and pleasant staffs and great facilities.

The room size is a bit smaller than we have expected, and the first room we stayed had only offered 1 armchair which is not so comfortable for two of us stay in the room. And they only accept the physical credit card payment for the deposit (no cash payment and no Apple payment/phone payment allowed) in the reception when you check in there which is not quite convenient for me. Apart from that everything was a great experience staying in the hotel.

I did two stays in this hotel.. everything is excellent about it… Perfect location: few steps from Champs-Élysées avenue…The room is very nice, spacious, beautifully decorated and furnished, the bathroom has big space and nicely equipped… Front Desk staff: professional, respectful and helpful.. Breakfast is way overpriced. It is a buffet but with fairly limited choice. Not recommended - you will be much better off buying sandwich and coffee in one of many good bakeries. Carpets in room must contain lots of dust. I am alergic to dust and felt bad when in room. I could also smell chemistry used for cleaning.

The hotel was set back far enough from the main road that it was silent, even during the day on our balcony. However not far at all from the nearest Metro station and the Champs Elysées, which was about a 2-3 minute walk. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful and spoke very good English, which was useful with our less than perfect/useful French. The hotel and the room were themed perfectly and even with the "traditional" decor everything was clean, tidy and neat. All the required modern facilities were present, and we even had 2 USB charging ports next to the bed on one side, and the TV was large enough to sit in bed and watch comfortably, with a range of channels. The bathroom was elegant and clean, and plenty of storage. Bathrobes were provided, and were thick and warm. Two people easily fit in the bathroom at once, and they had the most hi tech toilet I've ever seen 😅. Toiletries were provided from the start and refreshed when we ran out. We didn't try the breakfast as we ate out in the mornings to try and get to things early. However the restaurant area looked very comfortable. I can find nothing wrong with our stay here and have to give it ten stars, we would definitely stay here again.

I travelled on the spur of the moment. The service staff are very enthusiastic and made me feel warm. The location and furnishings of the hotel met my expectations. The retro decoration, literary and artistic atmosphere, and friendly shop assistants are all great. I will come back here next time.
