Superb location and just a 5 minute walk to the shopping street and restaurants. Very cosy hotel with very nice patio in the Middle of Paris. Staff was very helpful

Fantastic location and easy access. Amazing and very friendly staff. Room and bed was comfortable with good coffee / tea facilities and bathroom toiletries, nice rainfall shower. Unfortunately it rained while we were there but the hotel had umbrellas you could borrow which was brilliant.

Would have preferred option of having English breakfast tea in the room but appreciate that is personal choice. Room was a little cramped but great for the location. Only issue is you cannot control the temperature of the room as it is centrally controlled.

The location is perfect—you’re right in the heart of Paris, just a 3-minute walk from the Champs-Élysées. You have a balcony and access to a beautiful garden, along with a decent internet connection. Coffee and water are complimentary. There’s a coffee machine in your room with a few free coffee capsules, and two bottles of water that you can refill at the lobby. Additionally, there’s a coffee machine in the lobby where you can grab a cappuccino, coffee, or espresso anytime you like (free of charge and fully automated). For the service and location, this is the best value you can find in the 8th arrondissement of Paris. Highly recommended for couples.

The location Reception, facilities, the room I took was on great view and the size was not bad. The reception staffs were helpful the location was perfect

The point of checking in and out was really bothering.. checking in at 4 pm is very late and it needs to pay of you want to check in 5 min before 4 pm The same in case of checking out which must be at 11 am and will pay more if just want to late to 12 pm I believe they should be more flexible with their customers and not all about to pay.. I already pay a good value to relax

You can't get a better located hotel if you wish to be close to Champs-Elysees or a better view of the Eiffel Tower from the 7th floor rooms. We enjoyed our balcony and views every evening on our three day stay. The room was spacious and the bed was super comfortable. It was hard to leave.

Felt like they were pretty strict on the 4pm p.m. check-in, even though our room was ready and we had been travelling for 30 hours and were there at 2:30pm. Might be something they could consider changing slightly, as this is the only hotel we have been on this trip that was like this. Couldn't fault anything else.

The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They really made us feel welcome! They were very patient and helped us with directions and getting around or anything we needed. Room was a good size and bathroom was beautiful and spacious. There was a free 24 hour coffee and water machine in the lobby which made the stay even better as we were always able to have a drink plus bottled of water in the room which was great! There was also a kettle and tea and coffee in the room. Place was gorgeous and really clean. The Champs Elysee is literally around the corner so is the metro so the location was perfect but a nice quiet road nevertheless. We were delighted with our stay! Highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful and pleasant stay!

There were no hooks in the bathroom for the towels or anywhere to hang the toilet paper. There was water in the room which was great but no glasses to drink from, only mugs for the coffee.

The 27sqm room was both spacious and clean, seems like newly renovated Location was perfect on a quiet street just minutes away from Arc D Triomphe and Champs Elysees Their new intern from Moldova was kind enough to call and wait for a limousine pickup when the road was closed Breakfast was sumptuous with a hot section

Started poorly because I was annoyed that my card was debited immediately when the it states free confirmation until April 28. Shud have state Payment in Advance to avoid being labelled as false claim Reception staff is the only sore point in otherwise a pleasant experience-they do not seemed to enjoy their job and lack passion in their job. Alarm is over sensitive-had few instances of alarm m triggering at odd hours of the night and early morning

Very clean. Very comfortable bed. Location ideal - close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Élysées but no noise at the hotel. Coffee, tea and hot chocolate always available in the lounge. The staff were exceptional. Very helpful and friendly.

- Location - Lovely lobby - Large bed and bedroom - Access to beverages all day - The lady who checked us in was friendly and professional. - Very clean - the cleaner was thorough

- Shower was tiny - Room did not look like images on booking - Gentleman who was there at check in was clueless. Thankfully the lady who'd stored our luggage earlier came back and to the rescue. - Lifts could do with being bigger or improved.

This hotel is a five-minute walk from the Champs Elysses, and the Metro stop. It is a perfect location! The bedroom was spacious, the king-sized bed was very comfortable. The room was turned down every day- we received fresh towels and the bed was made up too. The staff was very helpful. If you are planning a trip to Paris, you could not find a better hotel. I feel like this was a great value and staying there more than met our expectations.
