Location is very nice, close to a metro station that has two lines, and a bus stop. Comfortable beds, no noise coming from the outside.

Very small rooms (could be normal to Paris standarts), no safe in the room, no slippers, no mini fridge. For 200€ a night there should be more of these things, specially a safe for your valuables is important.

This is the second time I’m staying in this hotel and i loved everything same as in 2023. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Rooms are super cleaned and comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing with products of a very good quality! Very delicious. Thank you very much for an amazing experience again!

This hotel is a real gem. Ive stayed in various places in every part of Paris, and this is by far the best in terms of value for money. Paris hotel rooms are notoriously small, usually as they’re carved out of old townhouse and centred around a minuscule set of stairs with an box elevator. Whilst this hotel is no different, the clever layout of the room made it feel more cosy than cramped. I stayed with my 7yo daughter, in a twin room, and it was pleasantly comfortable. Cleanliness was perfect - not a speck of dust in the room and the bathroom was shining. The staff were all really pleasant and helpful. Coffee and water machines a lovely bonus. Perfect location near Place de Clichy metro, and surrounded by lovely bars, boulangeries and bistros. You can walk to the Monmarte area in about 10/15 mins. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and will be staying again in the future 😊

Hotel location is excellent, even though it's in a vibrant Monmatre neighborhoods, though the hotel is on a very calm and quiet street. Walking distance to all the top Monmatre sites. 2-3min walk to metro station. The room is very clean and comfortable despite being small in size. Love the shower equipment, good water mass flow rate and pressure, equally excellent drainag. There is a drinking water fountain in the hotel lobby, which provide still and sparkling cold water. It's God send in the hot summer days. Staffs are exceedingly friendly and helpful, especially young gentleman Clément. Thank you for being so kind to us! We'll come back next time for sure, also recommend to others.

This hotel is in an excellent location, close to a metro stop and stores and restaurants, but still on a quiet street. The hotel is nicely updated and clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked great and they provided a water bottle and water filling station in the lobby.

As was mentioned in other reviews, the rooms are quite small. Additionally, we had three rooms as a family of five and there really was no place for us to spend time together outside of our rooms. They had a breakfast room, but we were told we could not utilize it.

Great location (very close to the Place de Clichy metro but also central enough to walk to many places e.g. Montmartre, Pigalle, Opera...), fantastic breakfast - biggest pains au chocolat and croissants I've seen in a Parisian hotel! Easy check in despite the late hour of our arrival. Room was compact but had everything we needed. All in all a great choice for a long weekend in Paris.

Just a note for anyone who, like me, may be sensitive to smells - I found the air freshener / room spray used extremely overpowering. NB this was only a problem for me in our room (not in the common areas of the hotel and of course I can't speak for other rooms) and is a subjective point - my husband was not bothered by it at all! It definitely didn't put me off staying here again but I would ask them in advance to go easy on the room spray next time :)

Amazing view, I asked them for a street view and they really honoured my request. The bed was very comfortable, bathroom was very clean and had everything we needed. There is not much space to move in the room but it honestly went unnoticed because of how beautiful the design of the room is. The designs on the ceiling, the window, the mirror, the bed, the table, the lamps, THE VIEW... everything was so perfect!! The staff was really helpful and kind and there was free water/coffee/tea and candy nonstop. Also, very very clean!!

Unfortunately the room didn't have a mini fridge, but (little hack) we put our food in a bag that we tied to the balcony grill and it was cold enough to keep it cool (we visited in december).

Location - metro, as we were using this for traveling to events during the Olympic/ or walking into central Paris. Clean room -room cleaned daily and fresh towels if needed. On arrival we had been upgraded - so had larger room. So cannot comment on the smaller room sizes. It was fine for our needs as we were out most of the day. Restaurants near, main high street area as well side roads. Hotel situated in a quite side road.

We would have liked a suitcase stand as the room only had a single chair and small hanging space - not adequate for two adults stay for 8 days. TOILET ROLLS -This wasn't a problem but you do have to ask for extra toilet roll - at reception . Would have been go to know. Breakfast was a little hit and miss - though out stay.

Fantastic customer service and super comfortable. It is really clean (especially as I'm super anxious about bed covers not being clean in hotels). It is also in a convenient location (only a couple mins walk to the metro). It also has lots of bakeries and restaurants around. Will definitely visit again in Paris

It would be useful to have a water dispenser in the main staying area, as it is currently located in the main reception (where you have to physically go outside for, as the reception is a couple of steps outside of the main staying area). This is sometimes a little inconvenient when you get thirsty and then need to go outside of your main hotel to collect water (although it is only like a 20 second walk so not detrimental). Bringing a water dispenser to the main building with the hotel rooms would just be more convenient and easier

I frequently stay at this hotel due to its proximity to my office, and it consistently meets my expectations. The welcome and the staff are exceptionally pleasant, adding to the overall positive experience. Conveniently located near Gare Saint-Lazare in a vibrant neighborhood, the hotel benefits from an ideal setting. The décor is simple yet elegant, with a recent renovation giving it a youthful Parisian apartment feel (The addition of Clarins products in the bathroom is a thoughtful touch). Breakfast is particularly enjoyable, served in a charming vaulted cellar with a quality, diverse selection. Overall, I have a very positive experience during my stays and hope the hotel continues to maintain this high standard.
