The bar and restaurant were very lacklustre. No atmosphere and the furniture has seen better days. Saturday night at 9.30pm there were 4 people in the bar. It didn’t feel welcoming.

Proximity to metro stop, walking distance to Montmartre, excellent breakfast. Artsy, modern.

By being little hip and artsy, it's trying little too hard. Dark room colors with very dim lighting, it was difficult. The nightstands are almost non existent, just a narrow ledge, can't keep much on it. For a hotel with a beautiful view of Sacre Coeur, the windows are woefully small to really enjoy it. The small toilet room feels claustrophobic. Maybe little overpriced. 17 euros for one rum and coke at the terrace bar?

Good location, large parking structure in the same block, discount for parking (22.80 EUR per 24 hours). Not far from Moulin Rouge (which, fair warning, is part of the red light district). Also close to Tombe de Dalida and Buste de Dalida, about a mile to Sacre Coeur. Was not aware of the bracelet scammers near the carousel below Sacre Coeur, but thankfully did not run into them. Very close to a train station and bus stop. Also highly recommend Chez Meng, the small Chinese restaurant along Rue Forest (small road beside the hotel leading to the parking structure). I've been to countless Chinese restaurants and Chez Meng is in the top quartile (even compared to restaurants in Singapore and Hong Kong). Starbucks a few blocks away if you don't like the hotel breakfast.

Should have better instructions on Booking.com and welcome email that parking is readily accessible nearby (this is accurately reflected on Accor's web site). Availability of on-site parking was not initially clear to me and I ended up parking a mile away. Temperature regulation in the shower isn't great, nearly scalded my preschool child a few times. The breakfast is only passable and at 20 EUR per person, not great value.

The location of the hotel is perfect, with a metro station just a short walk away, making it very convenient for exploring the city. Our room had a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower, which made the stay even more special. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the huge bed was incredibly comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find a personalized card on the bed along with some small gifts from the hotel – such a thoughtful touch! Out of curiosity, we decided to try the breakfast (not included in the price), and it exceeded our expectations. It was absolutely delicious and worth every penny!

We requested two rooms together with views and we got this, it was lovely. Would be better if we had an adjoining door but we didn't request this. Aurora who checked us in was lovely and helpful.

Breakfast was chaotic and frenetic. Some staff are not very helpful or courteous. Husband used the 'wrong ' coffee machine and a staff member took his coffee away and poured it down the sink. Also then failed to direct him to the 'correct' machine. 20€ for breakfast over priced for what was on offer. No poached eggs or hash browns!

The check-in process was smooth. Sabrine was helpful in the reception. They upgraded us to a spacious room with a view on the ninth floor. Location was close to Metro and also to Mouline Rouge, if that matters to you. Plenty of restaurants as well, close by. Breakfast was relatively more elaborate compared to other three and four star hotels.

The window only opened halfway for us to see the Eiffel Tower and the Sacre Coure. But yeah, it is not walking distance from Eiffel Tower, Louvre, et cetera. Eiffel Tower, for example is an hour’s walk from the hotel, which is fine if you are a tourist, I guess.

Centrally located hotel in Montmartre. Very nice room on the 9th with a wonderful view of Paris and the Eiffel Tower. Refrigerator filled every day with free sodas. Breakfast fine and filling.

Only one of 3 elevators were operating during my 3 days. Seems as if they couldn’t find somebody authorised to call in a company to fix it. If this occasional problem hadn’t been around, it would have been a 10. The elevator took it down to 9. But will definitely return.

“Ambassadors” at the front desk are super kind and professional. They voluntarily speak English with foreign costumers. We can feel a very warm welcome when checking in. However, there is one French man employee with glasses who work during the late night is very rude. We felt a bit offensive with his altitude. The location is perfect. It is in Montmartre district but it is not so “dangerous”. There is Moulin Rouge besides. Metro is close. There is a pharmacy nearby open 24/24 and 7/7 in case of emergency which is very rare and precious in France. Compared to other hotels, the price is already fair enough. The cleaning service is professional.

The noise isolation is poor. We can hear very clearly all the conversations our neighbors. They are super funny.

Buffet breakfast is excellent. Coffee is excellent. Hotel has 24 hour self-serve taps with both sparkling and still water to refill any water bottles. Relativley close to Sacre Coeur and surrounding pedestrian area - about a 15 minute walk.

No designated shampoo or conditioner in bathroom. Rather a shower gel, instead. Also, no bar soap provided. One of the elevators (rightmost of 3) has a bug where it sometimes takes you up to the top floor and you have to re enter your floor selection.

The hotel was great. It is in a really good location. The staff were really friendly and our room was lovely. Not particularly big but great considering we were in the centre of Paris. The breakfasts were wonderful with so much choice. And the surrounding area is so great for cafes, bars and getting on the metro. Also, my husband has celiacs and they had a great selection of food for him, I would definitely stay here again.

I didn't use the gym but my family tell me it was ok but a little bit limited.
