The location of the hotel is very good, close to the 2 metro stations (Guy Moquet and La Fourshe),. The hotel staff was very friendly. The room was small, with outdated furniture, but warm, clean and well equipped with everything you need (bathroom, wardrobe, table, chair, sockets). It was cleaned every day. The elevator worked well. The breakfast was basic, self-service buffet, with little variety, vegetables and fruits were missing. At the reception there was a refrigerator, a microwave oven, a cooler with hot, cold and sparkling water.

Great location, subway stop at the end of the street. Walking distance to Moulin Rogue area. Few groceries around, bakeries as well. Pizza is next door, McDonald round the corner.

Breakfast were poor. I did not prepay. So I tried once and decided to manage breakfast in the close streets rather.

The central heating in the room was insufficient, however, the AC made up for it so that we were able to be comfortable in the room for the duration of our 5 day stay. The location of the hotel is very good. Close to two big shops (Carrefour and SuperU), at least two or three boulangers, two or three metro stations within 10 minutes walking distance. Also fairly close to Moulin Rouge and Sacre Coeur. We mostly used Uber with which you could get to places like the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower in about 20-25 minutes. The cleaning staff helped provide the things we needed. There were also some shelves that we found quite useful. I was initially worried about the lack of water pressure that we might have due to the location in the city, however, the water pressure was exceptional. Might even be a bit too strong for some. The water was also plenty warm.

While the room did not have a fridge, we were able to use the minuscule balcony as an improvised fridge due to the low temperatures in January. Something we found problematic was that the cleaning staff would open the door to our room without any notice. And there was no "Do not disturb" sign we could hang on the door. Bit sad there were no sockets next to the bed. Small bathrooms, but that's to be expected in Paris hotels. Also, the toilet is pretty much one step away from the bed, so potential smells can easily travel. And the walls are paper thin. We had 3 different snores over 3 nights and one person throwing up two nights in a row.

Great place to stay a few days in Paris. Very close to 2 metro stops. Very clean. Comfortable bed.

The hotel is located close to metro and bus stations making access around Paris very easy. There are wide varieties of restaurants, bakeries, supermarkets and other shops within walking distance from the hotel. The 24hr reception facility meant we could explore Paris late at night and not worry about being locked out of the hotel - ideal for seeing the Eiffel Tower sparkle at night and enjoying local restaurants later in the evening. Our room was maintained to a high standard and the power of the AC unit was a welcomed delight!

There wasn’t a fridge, which is a small complaint given other hotels across Europe do not seem to offer fridges. The walls are thin and noise can be heard from other visitors - this turned out not to be an issue as we were so tired from being tourists, but it is something to bear in mind if you are a light sleeper (we are not!).

Hotel Review: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was great. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and public transportation. Best location Paris In terms of value for money, this place truly exceeded my expectations; every penny spent felt worth it. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay. One highlight was the breakfast—absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to suit all tastes. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning in the future!

Leaving

Very clean plainly furnished room. Close by metro/ bus. Many casual restaurants nearby on main road, a block away. Large fridge and microwave in common area if needed. No kettle in room however there is a hot/ cold/ sparkling water dispenser in common area for use.

No hair conditioner provided; other than the towel holders near sink and bath, no other hooks in bathroom. The tub only had half glass enclosure , the shower apparatus more outside the glass so taking a shower without spraying all over floor was a bit of challenge. Our room window faced a inner courtyard which was alright except we were on the first floor and our windows opened right on the level of the courtyard, did not feel safe leaving the windows open when not in the room or at night. Of note: We had to pay a city tax of 5.20 euro per person per night upon arrival. Key must be given to front desk person every time you leave hotel. Walking around at night may seem a little sketchy but there were two of us so it was fine.

The air con was awesome. Can see the effiel tower from the roof. Staff were friendly. The road felt quite safe even at night.

I didn't like that the keys had to be handed in anytime we left the hotel. Just seemed like anyone could grab the keys. Also didn't seem to have the option to not have a cleaner in the room. Like just needs one of those things on the door to say do not disturb. But didn't have them. We asked most days at the front desk for someone not to clean our room but it was ignored or not passed on and we would come back and it had been cleaned. Which yes sounds nice. But none of us like to have anyone in our rooms when we travel.

Nothing to complain about

The location is very close to everything. It can be easily reached from the airport and you can walk to the main attractions in a matter of 30-40 minutes. The neighbourhood is a quiet one and you have many facilities around.

The walls are very very thin and we could hear everything from the rooms next to ours (even the usual speaking). The bathroom is very very small and you could easily wet the floor with water from the shower. Also, it wasn't flushing very well, but maybe it was just something specific for our room.
