All was fantastic, but firs i want to separately appreciate to cleaning staff, you are great. 1. Very nice personal in hotel. They all so positive and attentive. Special thanks for manager Antony. 2. Rooms was small, but everything what you need inside. Coffee machine, kettle, tea, snacks, water, soaps, bed sheets, safe locker etc... all this small details made a full picture of comfort. 3. Some parts of room interior was old but everything so clean. Housekeepers made they job really well. 4. Nice breakfast 5. Fantastic view from room on Ark. 6. Excellent place in city. Wery close to all most famous sightsings. Metro station really close. Hotel in center, but on very quiet street. 7. Man, who made a design of room key cardholder- Genius. There is small pocket map and subway scheme, useful things, hotel rules inside. Very useful. Next visit to Paris i will stay here again 99,9%

The hotel is in a very nice and quiet street, and the room I stayed in had a beautiful view. The hotel is small and very cozy. My room was not small at all (for one person) and the bathroom was really spacious. What I liked a lot is that in the lobby they always serve free coffee and water, and on the first night everything from the minibar in the room is free. The metro station is very close, and you can also walk to the city center from the hotel. The air conditioning worked well and I slept very comfortably. Under the hotel there is a restaurant that seemed affordable and not so touristy, and across the street there was a small shop where you can buy water, food, etc. I didn’t explore more restaurants this time, but I definitely will next time. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and as a solo female traveler I felt very safe and comfortable during my stay.

Stayed in a lot of hotels in paris, this one is definitely my favorite, the Location is perfect, you’re close enough to the Champs-Élysées and the arc de triomphe, but the area is quiet and very safe, there is an amazing boulangerie right across the street and the restaurant right next to the hotel is also great, the staff were beyond amazing, They upgraded me and you have the first night u get whatever u want from the mini bar, price for paris is very good value for money, the view from my room was spectacular, and you all the amenities you could possibly need inside the room, the rooms are very cute and lovely, i really enjoyed my stay will definitely stay here again

Loved everything the only tiny thing that maybe they could work on is the tv channels for foreigners , only thing i could find in english were news channels, but that didnt affect my stay at all, i had my ipad with me and was out most of the day

We recently stayed at this charming hotel and had a great experience overall. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the Arc de Triomphe and with excellent metro connections to the rest of the city. Whether you're looking to explore Paris or simply want easy access to transportation, this hotel is perfectly situated. The staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating throughout our stay. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly, and the manager offered us complimentary coffee/tea and cold or mineral water, which is always available in the lobby—a nice touch! Additionally, they provided convenient luggage storage, which was a huge help as we explored the city on our last day. The room is smaller but comfortable, with a cozy bed which provided us the good night rest. The Wi-Fi connection was excellent, allowing us to easily stay connected. A small hiccup occurred on our first day when the hotel manager informed us of a temporary electricity problem. However, the manager handled the situation with professionalism and the receptionist offered us free breakfast for our entire stay as a gesture of apology. This unexpected perk added great value to our visit and left us feeling well taken care of. Overall, our stay was great and truly worth the money. We recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay in Paris.

The property is located in a very good position, close to the Metro. Walking distance from the Champs Elysee and the Tour Eiffel. The welcome at check-in was very nice and we were offered a free room upgrade that was appreciated. The room is relatively spacious and the bathroom was clean and with Rituals washing products. There was tea and coffee available in the room and the minibar was offered for the first night. Breakfast was good with a selection of pastries and eggs. At the reception there was also tea and coffee always available and complimentary.

Fantastic location. Lovely street with cafes and amenties close to Arch de Triomphe. Nicely decorated and appointed room with everthing I needed. Great air conditioning and comfortable room. Hotel was flexible and staff very helpful. Lovely stay.

Minor issues. Scrambled eggs could be better at breakfast. An additional small shelf or drawer unit for clothes in my room. Milk rather than creamer for tea.

It can be awkward to have a glass shower in front of a bed. Although I knew from the pictures that the shower was all in glass and just in front of the bed, I think the option to add a curtain or something else to make it a bit more private would be good. Small space Check in was a bit complicated

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel ELSA. The room was spotlessly clean and well cared for, as was the bathroom. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it easy to feel comfortable right away. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and the location is excellent: just a short 5-minute walk to the Arc de Triomphe and the metro station. I’d be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Paris.

Very very nice staff, amazing location 2 blocks from the Arc de Triomphe. Extras included like free coffee and fresh fruit 24/7. Great boulanger just across the street and beautiful, active upscale neighborhood. Room was very quiet, bed was really comfy and a nice shower.

Room could use a little upgrading like new carpeting. It's an old hotel with lots of character and charm but the wall covering throughout is hideous and nightmarish! Why?

I loved how welcoming and friendly the staff was. Also a huge plus is how comfortable the bed and the pillows were.The view was beautiful overlooking a beautiful Parisian street. Overall great experience!

Since the room was small, I would appreciate to have some room for the shoes or a shoe case because we got inside with the dirty shoes and then you walk barefoot. But it was the only inconvenience.
