Perfect location right next to metro. Very clean & spacious, great view.

Rooms are a bit dim and reception was very crawdad late in responding for room services.

The property was beautiful and a great location. However, the entrance was hard to find on vehicles are not allowed to drop you out at the front entrance so it’s kind of tricky for Uber drivers to find this location.

There was some hidden fees as we booked our hotel booking and then they charged taxes per day, which was an additional $220 for the time we stayed there. Also, I didn’t like that the location with the Uber driver but other than that everything else was amazing. We loved the breakfast and Tapas in the afternoon.

Lovely place to stay with a family of 5 (connecting rooms), great views at the city and Eiffel Tower. Really convenient to have the metro in front of the hotel, and the bigger RER network (to visit Disney) in 1 stop or 10 min. walk. In front of the hotel there is a nice area with picnic benches and lots of lunch and coffee options (note: closed in the weekend). In the surroundings there are very nice places to go for diner too, outside of the touristic area. Overall nice and friendly staff at the Front Desk and Restaurant.

Our room was not ready at 14, which can happen as the check in time was only from 15. Despite it being agreed - we did not get a notification when the room was ready. Also when we arrived at 17, there were some issues with the room, luckily the team offered us snacks and drinks at the 'vip-lounge' - which was well appreciated by us and the kids. Plus, there was a lack of knowledge among the team for the breakfast prices for kids, at the end it turned out to be free - which was of course great!

The room was larger than the previous hotels we stayed in. Was nice to have a lounge chair to sit on rather than sitting in a bed. Was very close to the metro so easy to get into central Paris. The rooftop bar was awesome. The lifts were great and the room was clean. Also had a cooler fridge in the room. Air con worked great. Enjoyed our 4 nights.

Not the property but outside the property we were followed by 2 lads they were very obvious in following us so we sat at a bar for a drink to get rid of them. So just be mindful when just leaving the hotel as we feel they were watching us walk out from the hotel and then followed us. After this though we were just mindful of others around and ensure you hold your valuables. Not the hotels fault just want others to be aware.

Very well placed for our visit, pleasant room. The reception staff on Monday morning were professional and courteous.

The lifts were ridiculous. We left and returned to the ground floor three times trying to stop at floor 8! Not enough coffee making facilities in the room, literally two of everything, including only two creams. I know it's minor, but it feels like penny pinching. When I called down to reception in the morning, to request towels as none had been left in our room, I was firstly asked how many towels I wanted and what size, instead of just accepting there were none and offering a selection. I then asked if we could have more coffee sachets, and was told we could come down to the restaurant and ask. Disappointing customer service.

I recently stayed at Melia hotel, and this is not my first time there, and I couldn’t have been more impressed as usual. The room was spacious, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed, with modern amenities that made my stay incredibly comfortable. The bed was exceptionally cozy, and the view from the window was stunning ( Eiffel Tower). The attention to detail, from the plush towels to the high-quality toiletries, made it clear that this hotel truly cares about guest satisfaction. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring that my stay was flawless. I would highly recommend this room to anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious experience.

I had an amazing stay at Hotel Melia Paris La Défense! The team truly made my experience unforgettable. Francesca was incredibly professional and handled everything with such care. I also want to give a special mention to the wonderful colleague at the lounge reception from Colombia, his warmth and hospitality added so much to my stay. The cleaning lady was so thoughtful, it was always a joy returning to my beautifully kept room. Thai hotel is a great place to stay, with a fantastic team that truly makes you feel welcome, thank you!

The room key didn’t work many times. I had to go up and down to the reception area many times and they would tell me that it was already working. I had to ask the cleaning lady to open the door. She was very nice. On the first day the breakfast wasn’t good. They didn’t have coffee machines working and everything was confuse and desorganized. The space for breakfast is too small.

The room had an astonishing view on the General Charles De Gaulle Esplanade. The room was very clean and the staff very polite and helpful. Exceptional breakfast

La Defense is usually an interesting location - for its architecture and the vibrant "Business Centre" feel that one gets when reaching the place during a normal working day. However, on a Sunday in the middle of Christmas festivities, it had a "Ghost Town" feel instead. No restaurants or bar open around, almost nobody around in the streets, desert Esplanade. Don't go at Christmas time! No complementary water or fresh water sources to refill bottles around the premises.

They did not supply the room I requested . I think because i arrived late , the room was given to an other Pax . I requested a doble bed KING panoramique room . I receive a semi panoramique Room with two beds. Requested a change, since no availability I received a different room with partial view at the same price , very disappointed

Same as above . An other issue that i complained already in previews visit in the past , if you request an Uber they can't find the location on the map. they need to Or put a sign near the entrance that can be view from the street or call google to complain
