I had a crazy low price (40€/night) But even for more, the place is wonderful. Staff is great, room calm and comfy. I would go back anytime for work. It,s not really for holiday as surrounding are industrial.

Nothing to critisize really. The door lock system refused to open but staff would help and solve. I would like to see USB plugs rather then having to use my chargers (always need more when I want to charge multiple things over night)

It's a simple hotel, but everything it has is just great. Breakfast is good, staff is helpful and nice, apartment is exactly like on photos and nothing ia broken and (what is most valuable for us) ventilation and heating and air conditioning - everything just works as it should. So overall our stay was very comfortable without anything that could annoy us. Shuttle was always exactly on time and it cost exactly as wr've been told. We would definitely use this hotel again!

Remarkable customer care and kindness from the desk attendant: clear, efficient and keen on providing the best advise (especially around finding nearby a quick bite / while family friendly + good vibes restaurant at 10pm - great easy winding-off time spent at “Au Bureau” at La Ceriseraie commercial centre in Fresnes.

In bathroom they didn’t provide the slipper , I had entered the room code multiple time, some times it’s not working need to contact reception, then only it’s works.

Great location. Very easy to get from hotel to centre of Paris (takes 30-40 minutes), and just 8-10 minutes taxi ride to station. Food excellent especially evening meal. Not a huge choice for breakfast but plenty for a basic breakfast and good quality. Nicely decorated and relaxing dining area. Helpful and friendly staff. Clean and tidy, Good powerful shower in room.

No sink hole plates (had two rooms and open plug holes in both). Pool table out of order. One of our rooms didn't have hairdryer.

The staff at reception make a big effort to be welcoming, friendly and helpful and frankly I am more comfortable staying here than with the 'big name' more expensive hotels around the airport where I used to stay.

The shuttle from the airport to the hotel just takes too long to arrive. This was the 5th or 6th time I've used it and 20 - 30 minutes in the cold and rain is excessive for a 10 minute maximum trip!

I had a good time, and I asked for a friendly check-out condition because I have a meeting and i have to leave 1hr later to avoid their charges

Great hotel! The reception is working 24/7, employees there are fluent in English and always help with your questions. The rooms are clean, with bed linen, towels and hygiene items. Large beds with comfortable mattresses, also working TV, fast Wi-Fi, elevator, enough parking slots! Breakfast is diverse and tasty. From the hotel to the Eiffel Tower is only about 17 km. Thanks to the staff for the service and great weekend in France!

There is restaurant and coffee on the hotel what is helpful for who want a quick solution. They offer transfer to Orly airport too. The room is simple but comfortable.

The lights in the hallways are motion sensored so when you step out of your room or elevator it is PITCH black. As a woman didn’t like that at all. Also I don’t understand the shower?? Like how do their floors not get ruined constantly.
