Good Room Good location Good Value for Money Good Breakfast. Good night’s sleep. Parking - The Bad News If arriving by car, there is very limited parking outside of the hotel. Maps street view shows more parking, but this has been removed since. Parking - The Good News Opposite the hotel is a brand new Super U, on maps street view this building was being built at the time. Follow the sign for Super U parking. Its basement parking, at the time or writing Jun 2025 it felt brand new, lots of spaces and it is about 22 euro per night. The parking is secure with lift access to the street, stayed here for 2 nights, no problems. I think the parking is NOT 24 hours though. I might be wrong but after 21:00 the shutter to the car park was down, and the door was locked, so be sure not to leave anything in your car you might need later.

The Bar. It is not 24 hours and closes at 22:30 which was disappointing.

Breakfast range was excellent, rimes were excellent, staff excellent. All staff were very helpful , from reception to breakfast staff to cleaners... a friendly respectful atmosphere.

Booking.com averaged €1.50 per person per night for city tax, so we were expecting to pay €36.00 total for two people stay. City tax was 2024 prices €92 . Booking.com also stated there would be a parking fee........but didn't say how much. We paid €20 per night for this, which was ok in Paris but would've been nice to know up front as for 9 nights was €180. We stayed 11 nights as we found a disabled bay in a car park nearby and for August irmt was free parking......so we had 2 night free parking in Paris.....not sure if this was to do with the paralympics being held.

The property was quite accessible, easy to navigate around the city, was clean and the staff was very polite and helpful.

The rooms are very small, we had a small issue with the air conditioning that stopped working one night and could not be fixed. The room description talked about providing an iron, which we had to ask for and could only be arranged if it would be available. For everything, we had to go to the reception, like asking for cutlery, extra towels etc, which was a turn off.

very good location, close to a railway station (L and U) and also bus to Defense area (bus 258). Also walking distance to metro (about 15 minutes). Room had a good size, loved the extended sofa for kids... could also accommodate 2 adults as it transforms into a full queen size bed. Bathroom is large enough and the shower is super cool. Breakfast is very good and you also can enjoy full day access to coffee and water in the lobby (complimentary). Was not my case, but a good point. Also, you can only access the floors with the card, and on evenings you can access the lobby with your hotel card. That felt more safe. Athough the entire area felt safe and nice to walk also in the evening.

services could be better. We had an issue with the bathroom towels. Although we asked for it, we only received 2 large towels and 2 face ones.... but we were 4 guests... Since we returned late in the evening, and left early, there was no one to help.

Decent hotel well connected with Paris by metro, bus or RER. The accommodation was clean, good breakfast, a nice Italian restaurant just on the corner.

The rooms are fairly small for 3 people however, the main issue to me was misleading informations concerning the total costs. Booking.com said I would pay 628.5 EUR for the stay nevertheless at the end I had to pay 687.50 (I had to pay extra for the breakfast of my daughter, for instance). This information was not in my booking which said “breakfast included” so I do not know why I needed to pay. These informations MUST be clear enough to the clients during the booking procedure.

The hotel and the surrounding area was very clean. The area is nice & quiet. We really loved that there was a kids playground behind the hotel, great for kids and morning walks in the summer. Breakfast was good and staff very helpful.

We wished there was a kettle in the room to make baby's milk and a small fridge but other than that everything was great.

breakfast - good for coeliac. you can boil your own eggs. fridge has ingredients which are separated from pastries and bread. lift security system - your card only gives you access to your own floor.

entrance is awkward if you do not have the card and need to check in. It was slightly confusing but staff was really really nice. first floor facing street - not great when people who are smoking and talking wake you up in late hours.

The hotel is very practical. Coffee machine and water dispencer are available 24/7 for free, which is a great plus, and during breakfast hours you can get some fresh fruits and juices for free. The staff is decent and friendly. There is a bus station just infront of the hotel that takes you to Westfield shopping mall or La defense train station in few minutes. Very good value for money.

The room is very small, it barely fits the king bed and the additional baby cot. The amenities are limited and there isn't a minibar in the room. We had a problem that we could not reserve a van from the hotel to Gare de Lyon, all the riders kept cancelling the ride we did not understand why. It is not the hotel fault of course, but even the reception could not help us, they could not provide us a van as well. But at the end we easily took public transportation that is available frequently, the hassle was only handling all the luggages and the stroller.

Staff spoke in English, and the hotel and room were nice, clean. It's located in a quiet area with good transport links. Breakfast was tasty, and they provided free water, coffe/tea. I didn't have any problem with getting back into the hotel late. There was always a person on the front desk. . The hotel itself and the room looked really modern/stylish. Bed was really comfy. I was provided with clean towels and extra pillows. My room also had an air conditioning, also many plug sockets or USB charging points for people who forgot their adapters. There was a vending machine in the lobby where you could buy spare phone cables, etc.

To be honest, there wasn't anything I didn't like about my stay.

To be honest it's a great hotel at a very good price. Location is 10 minutes walk from metro/train station a huge shopping gallery with Auchan as big as I've never seen before. The hotel was nice, clean and comfy, and the breakfasts were great. Tea, coffee, water and juices available 24/7 at the lobby. We will be back!

The only minus is that there was no fridge in the room.
