Stayed here many times. The young man on reception is excellent. He remembered our names from 3 months previous! Being English in this area may be a bit unusual but that was amazing! The hotel is good value for money and reasonably located for our needs. The restaurant is reasonably priced and the service is excellent with very good waiting staff, Well done to all of them.

Breakfast is always my biggest concern here. With a little more effort it could be very good but the best I could rate it would be almost adequate. There is a choice of 3 cereals (muesli, muesli or home made muesli). They have taken the toaster away - why?? This time the cooked bacon was done to a crisp but the scrambled egg had improved. The best part is the bread - not much choice but a nice soft white with a crusty cover - excellent. Ask me how to improve the breakfast!

We have stayed here many times - that is probably the best recommendation any hotel can get. The rooms are always smart and clean and the pricing is always good if booked a couple of weeks in advance of the stay. The staff are usually excellent and have a good sense of humour!

Breakfast is always my gripe here. It could easily be improved with some cereals and a toaster - they used to have both but seem to have just stopped since Covid.

Spacious room, clean and tidy, with lots of facilities. Free parking and good price.

The room is still accessible with a badge card even though the room is locked. Under this circumstance you could not get a whole sense of security. The visits of mosquitoes at night are always annoying.

A very clean and very luxurious hotel is LUX and with very kind receptionists. The reception staff speaks very nicely and helps you immediately with any problem. It is quiet in the room, you can rest very well. I recommend Y LOV FLETCHER

It is not possible to make the room completely dark, so it was hard to sleep after the sunset.

Close to the ice rink, helped organised taxis for us, a beautiful dinner for our group, had our rooms close together as requested, lovely place. Bed was very comfy.

The hotel is a bit out of the way and you definitely need a car to get to the centre of Heerenveen

The space of the hotel room was big enough for us and all of our bags.

I would have liked access to a microwave. Other than that the stay was good.

Price and location. Bath did not need much water to be full.

Water tap too difficult to open and close. You need to have strong hands. Toilet had brown iron trace.

Suite room was excellent size. Location on south side of town worked well for visiting the Weerribben.

Thought the breakfast was included in the price but was charged when leaving
