The reception was very helpful (I stayed there for 3 nights under different arrangement and then extend my stay for another night on my own; the receptionist generously allow me to stay in the same room without the hassle to check-out and then check-in again since the room was available. Really appreciate the gesture). The bed is super comfortable. There are some eateries within a walking distance from the hotel.

Breakfast was ok but can be improved e.g., open egg station early at 6.30 am instead of starting at 7 am. Coffee machine was superb! There is tosai station but seem to be closed all the time. I wonder why.

Service parking everything including breakfast was superb..loved the thosai Aunty corner with chicken curry was just out of the world. Hospitality by all the crews from reception to restaurant were good.

The carpet was too dusty, we had to purchase medicine because non stop sneezing and it happened to our opposite room customer too. That's the only thing needs to be improved

The ambience was great and value for money. Breakfast was very good. When I checked in, I had a problem with my Mobile data connection as it had expired. The check-in staff helped me with it and it helped alleviate my anxiety as I was riding to Frasers Hill the next morning. I had to rely on Google Maps. This is the second time I have stayed in Selayang Mercure and will certainly come back if I am visiting KL in future.

This is my second trip.i adore this hotel as my pit stop before going to long journey from south to east coast. Unfortunately this time,my aircond not function well.there is no bath liquid in my room.. We felt very very tired that why we very lazy to call the room service n maintanance.. We use to be hotelier..so we know how it suppose to be..hope this hotel will.improve more.. I like this hotel eventhough slight in from the highway..but its ok.

The location, room and services. The services is so good, we have event at their event hall. And forgot to return key, but already checkout all our things. The staff still assist us. Thank youuu reception girl.

I think everything just OK

The room is spacious, i like that it is carpeted. I like the toiletries, OMG smells tremendous & relaxing. The front desk during check in Mr. Arief very kind & thoughtful, cheers to you. The bed is comfortable & quiet at night. Overall, worth the stay.

The lobby / entrance. Unload & loading in a hurry as it is at the main road for other cars. The water heater. It can get too hot though it has been set the cooler side. The swimming pool is 1.2meter, no kids pool. Quite disappointed as my kids love swimming pool and I expect more for this price.

the bed was so comfy and the food at the restaurant was very good despite being there for work, I trully enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

I wanted to order room in service from the restaurant but the QR code for the menu didnt work

The room is unexpectedly comfy, very nice to sleep after a long day shopping. Now Mercure Selayang is one of my top list to relax. It is perfect if there is a bathtub.

Whenever I have weekdays break, the booking apps show the rooms are full. Not to be said unhappy, but feeling uncomfortable when the lobby staffs showing facial reactions toward Chindian.

I love the service by the staff. They really attended to my questions and answered my doubts.

The lift somehow is abit chaotic. Somehow would wouldnt stop and open at my floor.

Very comfortable bed, good size room. Easy check in/out process. Nice view from room over roof tops looking towards city. Easy car parking on site.

The in room fridge has a glass front and blue light that is bright throughout the night and needed to be covered up. The shower could have been cleaner.
