Value for money. Room might be a bit small but everything was there, bed and pillow was extremely comfortable and every conveniences was there except may be when it comes to iron as it not available in the room. The decor was pleasing Thoroughly enjoy the short stay. Makan place and Lotus supermarket was walking distance and parking also no issue.

Because we had to share iron and it happens that during stay there was a big group attending wedding, never to get the iron we requested. At least the reception was apologetic about the situation. Maybe just put one simple iron in each room. It

Booked for attend wedding dinner ,the location is just nice ,go down got mamak, walk front a bit got Chinese local restaurants,old town,afternoon ter got food truck selling rojak n abc too. The room is very nice ,got bathtub, can bought the salt ball at reception ter n enjoy some peaceful moment ~ The interior design was awesome!never expect can stay in this kind of hotel with this value of money🥰 The staff is so helpful n attentive ~ All good! Definitely with come back again next time!

Everything is good.. they have coffees at lobby.. really loved it..

Its a non smoking room.. yet the cigarette smell was so strong.. its so annoying to stay in the room with the smell.. perhaps hotel could have open the room door to let the smell away..

GREAT STAFF, NICELY DESIGNED ROOMS WITH COMFY PILLOWS & BEDS. HALF THE PRICE THAN IF LOCATED IN KL SENTRAL. FREE BOTTLES OF WATER, NESCAFE COFFEE AT RECEPTION. FROM BATU CAVES 15-20RM GRAB TO KL SENTRAL. WOULD CHOOSE AGAIN OVERALL...

DOORS CLOSE HEAVY & LOUD, LOTS OF LOCAL MOTHERS WITH CRYING BABIES. SOME HOUSE KEEPING SHOULD KEEP NOISE TO A MINIMUM WHILE WORKING IN THE MORNINGS.

- One of the best shoplot hotels I have stayed. - Location is really good and sufficient parking around. - Great design and very spacious. - Bathtub was big and toilet is clean. - There is 2 toilets. One bath, one normal. - Bed is big and comfortable. - There is a drink and coffee machine at the lobby.

- Room sound-proofing is really bad. Can hear water in the pipes, can hear the sound of furnitures being moved around, can hear doors being closed. - One of the bath towel is old, thin, and koyak. - No hand towels were given in both toilets. - No tissue at the sofa area. - Would be better if there is table and couch in the bedroom upstairs. - No electric socket for hairdryer in the toilet. Cannot dry hair while looking at the mirror. - No place to hang clothes on the bedroom upstairs, only downstairs have. - The towel hook in the bathroom is very far from the bathtub. Had to put the towels on the toilet bowl for easy reach. Despite all the critical comments, this is still a great hotel to stay at.

Loved the duplex and staircase and everything given. Bathtub hot water and soap was very good.

1. Aircond in my room was not properly cold. (downstairs was fine) 2. When you put in the bathtub option which is the main reason i got the place it should be bigger abit laaaa. So small me and my gf cant even enjoy ourselves its only meant for 1 person. Make it a little bigger and it would be perfect.

The room was properly cleaned, AC worked well, and the looks of the room were just cool. We liked the bathroom too. Especially the coffee/milo machine at the reception we loved :) Bed was very comfortable too.

There is no option to have breakfast. And it's a bit further away from the city. We walked to the nearest train station which is Taman Wahyu (15 minutes) to go with the KTM line to the city.

Really nice modern hotel with a great design, our room was very well equipped and super clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The area is quiet and close to the amazing Batu caves.

Just be aware that this hotel is not in central KL, check the map and plan your transport in advance This is not a real negative we found getting around by train easy, but they don't go that often so checking it is important

The place was clean, the staff were friendly, and everything felt well-organized. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed, including a good bed and a clean bathroom.

I didn’t like was the lighting in the room. It was too dim for my liking and I wish it had been brighter.

The hotel is extremely clean and tidy, from lobby to room. The room looks exactly like photos uploaded. The room has very comfy lighting, the bathroom is really clean and the water pressure is big. I like that they provide good quality body and hair shampoo. There is a 24-hour mamak shop right beside the hotel, and the foods are extremely delicious - happy supper! Would definitely come back for another stay 👍🏼👍🏼
