Our room had no window, so if you want a room with window you have to specific book one.

The entire Hotel was clean and value to what we pay. The wash room was superb clean and neat. Overall experience was great. People planning to go batu cave and looking for budget and nice hotel. I would recommend it.

Nothing much. Just the check in part, when booking in using the booking.com . There was a option to pay online. But when we choose that method, still the payment was not deducted because for booking.com the hotel own't receive payment. Slight confusion there.

This was the second time I staying here, and everything was superb, the staff was nice, everything was smooth check in and check out, the wifi also very strong, would love to stay here again, even the view also was very nice, the facilities were very maintain, near with McDonald's, and the place was strategic and safe, and to be noted that the first time I staying here was for 3 days, and I asked the staff if they could clean my room and is it free of charge, and they say for sure and it's free, coz not all hotel can do this

-at night (silent period) having noise from other neighbors rooms, perhaps they just go back from party or what ... -parking hard to find during peak hour but its okay.

The location, the bed and room is clean

It's not I don't like but little suggestions 1) rubbish basket at outside because you only have one in washroom. 2) mirror at the room because you have one inside washroom only. 3) add a bar near cloth hanging to hang more cloth because room don't have cupboard. Other than that everything is ok , I will come again if I have to come there

The staff. I don't know, when I ask him about the parking, well he then shows me (pointing finger) to the info on the paper which already pasted there. He never explained anything. Its not rude...just not professional to treat customers like that.

Compare all the other hotels in Batu caves, this is good. But if you can do some maintenance works, painting touch up etc. This will attract more people

Very clean unit and well furnished family room for 4 of us. Water dispenser available on all floors. Plus the hote isl equipped with 2 lifts, a plus for elderly. This will be the place for future bookings as it's very nearby to Batu Caves temple and all other amenities.

Some of the room walls are made of partitions board, hence it will create noise if knocked or hit against. But not a major issue for us

Very nice for a stay to be close to the Batu Caves. The location is a bit remote if you just come for the caves, however we arrived late and decided to stay nearby. The hotel is one of the cleanest and nicest we had in KL so far! Extra bonus points for the free water refill (hot and cold). Staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Only parking was so limited in front the hotel...they have to park quite far...
