Security, in each building the door can not open without your room card. The security's in the entrance they will not let anyone enter the place without do the checks and this is good 👌🏼 The pool and the area around the pool it is very clean. In the beginning I thought the table and chairs are not clean but I surprised of their cleaning and also, they care about plants everyday in the morning. The breakfast it is good they let you feel like you are in your home but the menu need to be enhanced little bit.

Space : spacious room. Booked for 1 bed-room apartment but the room is very big, my 2 children slept on the floor and we still have rooms to walk. Bed : soooo comfyyyy and oh they got ceiling fan which is a suprise for me. Facilities : Love it very much. They served starbucks small kiosk incase you need some coffee in the morning. Swimming pool : big and clean. My kids love it very much. They are on the same floor with breakfast area. Area : very quiet, peaceful despite its location. Breakfast : they serve 1. 2 main course (nasi lemak and kueyteow/meehoon) 2. cereals, 3. salad to choose, 4. 3 types of fruit, 5. Yogurt, 6. 4 types of bread(croissant,puff,wholemeal bread and white bread) with jams and butter, 7. Sausages, hashbrowns, omelette Not so much for some people who loves variation during breakfast but for me its good enough to start your day. PLUS, They taste delicious ! Conclusion : i would say, it was the best Apartment residence i ve ever stayed during my visit in KL. WIll i stay again : YES

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Even though the place is designed for seniors, we came as a family with kids and had so much fun. The staff were extremely kind and always ready to help us with directions or anything we needed. The reception team welcomed us warmly. We had the Premier two-bedroom with balcony and I must mention how spotless and clean all the rooms were. The kitchen had all the necessary utensils, and the view from the room was beautiful. Bathrooms were spotless, and there were no issues with plumbing or leaks. Breakfast was delicious, and the chef was very friendly. The swimming pool was always clean. We highly recommend this place!

Didn't know pets are allowed. Next door tenant left their dog outside and barked at us in front of our own door. I had allergic reaction probably due to dog's fur. Strong smell of durians also came from that unit. As muslims, we wondered if our unit was tenanted with dog in it. Proper cleansing must be done.

We really loved so many things about this property. The room/apartment was large, clean, very well equipped and in a very quiet area of Kuala Lumpur. The pool is definitely big enough to actually swim in and the staff are all really nice and helpful. There is a mall just 10 minutes or so walk from the hotel and also a good many restaurants, offering a wide variety of cuisines, often at very good value. With the apartment having enough decent utensils and equipment for self catering, having the mall so close means that you can easily cook for yourself if you want to.

The only thing that I would like to see the hotel improve is the breakfast really. I saw that this has often been mentioned by other guests, and to be fair it is a bit limited and could definitely be improved. That said, with the facilities in the room being good enough to self cater and so many places to eat within walking distance it really wasn’t a problem for us.

The room was spacious, well thought and well kept, very comfy bed and enormous wardrobe. Plenty of room to move around, all the elements one needs for efficiency and comfort, and a very convenient bathroom, with a big walk-in shower (with a seat and two shower heads), a nice wash basin (big too and without dangerous corners) and, in general, very practical. Aircon and ceiling fans. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - always with a smile, always ready to assist. Breakfast room was very pleasant, food nice, and the pool great! The area is residential (some lovely houses around) and feels safe. You can walk down to a bank/big supermarket/prepared food shop/wine and liquor store, or to the centre. Very convenient if you want to sort out, for example, your own dinners. Not only do I recommend it, but I intend to go back whenever I travel to KL.

Nothing. I was perfectly happy. The corridors may be a bit deceitful - make you think you made the wrong choice - but when you reach the room, you see they are just that: deceitful. The rooms are really nice.

Everything since we did step in :-) Welcoming staff, comfortable apartment with enough space for all of us, the kids pool was perfect for our boys - 3 and 5… We did also like the combination of hotel and residential areas, washing machine and a dryer for use… we stayed 7 nights and I wouldn’t mind staying longer :-)

There could be some sunbeds around the pool, also sometimes the breakfast was recycling the food from the day before (sweet pastry, rice…)

The staff were very pleasant and helpful! Plus the hotel was well equipped and very pleasant!

All was good... rooms, view from room, staff including security guard were extremely friendly and polite at all times.. a good place to relax.. Parking was good too..

3 set backs.. 1. Bfast needs lots of improvement.. varieties of items and choices was bare minimal.. Also, room service would have been nice to have in any property. As no food shops near hotel at wee hrs for food. 2. Getting grab was a challenge. Bangsar naturally has this issue.. be it at the hotel or at the bangsar village. Waiting time can be 25mins. 3. TV channels need improvements too. Limited channels.. Smart TV s are recommended so at least we could screenmirror. We had to watch Netflix via hp b4 bed. But bfast view from the sitting area was awesome...

The room was very big and nice kitchen that cames with kitchen supplies such as knife, plates, scissor, iron pot & rtc. Very beautiful enviroment at the swimming pool. Buffet breakfast was very delicious.

Lift little bit slow. The buffet breakfast replenish very slow and need to wait about 15-30 min. Also the dining area always lack of seat, bad experience when having breakfast.
