Very clean and comfortable apartment. Sufficient facilities, e.g. tea/coffee and cooker. Nice view over the city. Modern bathroom and comfortable beds. Swimming pool is exceptional, infinity pool with great views over the city, both during the day and at night. Spacious living room. Great Wi-Fi connection. Easy to walk to the nearest train station for a quick ride into town. Also walking distance to several shopping centers.

Could help to have instructions on how to get to the reception and, if coming by car, where to park to pick up the key, before trying to go into the car park (card only). The ramps in the car park are quite narrow, so go up/down carefully. The couch in the apartment was a bit hard and not so comfortable. Avoid leaving at peak hours, as the traffic queues to get onto the highway are bad!

Difficult to locate as the road leading to the hotel was closed between 5.30pm to 8.30pm from Mid Valley entrance and no alternate information provided. Ended up circling the block a few times before finding the entrance. Was also disappointed that parking was not available on check-in. Should have informed us that parking is limited and allow us to book a lot in advance. There must also be some serious issue with the parking situation as there were plenty of parking lots available in the building but only limited to 20 for the hotel. Better arrangement should be made with the parking management for more parking on demand.

Superb Apartments attached to the Mid Valley Megamall which is accessed in about 7-8 mins walking via the footbridge. The apartments are a really nice size that easily fit 5 of us albeit with one sleeping on the sofa. Then there's that pool which is just stunning - on the 40th floor with incredible views over KL. Unfortunately it's not facing KLCC so you can't see the Petronas lit up at night but it's still amazing. This is our 2nd stay here as it's perfect for the family to relax and conveniently located so that we can see family easily. The kids loved watching the monitor lizards and otters playing in the Klang River from the footbridge over to the mall as well!

Even though it's attached to so many malls it doesn't have any easy access to restaurants outside the mall. We missed not being able to go and get roti. Everything is a Grab drive away. Plus they have moved the gym from the 40th floor to the 1st floor which isn't great as it had such a wonderful view up there.

Strategically location next to Amari, and walking distance to MidValley/The Gardens Shopping Mall for shopping lovers. The two-bedroom suites is very comfortable for five of us. Though everyday breakfast menu is the same, but I personally love the tomyum-flavoured fried meehoon. Appreciated the hotel staff do his best job by sending to our unit or leave in front of the door (with polite doorbell attempt) everyday around 08:30am. The unit is very well-equipped. We can do laundry during our 4-night stay with washer cum dryer machine. Recommended this spacious aparthotel for travellers travel with families.

Had a great time at Viia Residences! My flight got in at 1:20 am, so I asked for a late check-in. Even though I arrived at 4:00 am (an hour behind), it was easy to check in. The apartment was clean, modern, and the beds were comfy. The water filter and washing machine were a bonus. That infinity pool on the 40th floor was amazing – so beautiful and not crowded, which is why I booked it. Breakfast was included, nothing fancy, but it did the job. It's right next to Mid Valley Mall and an LRT station, and check-out was a breeze.

Hey, gotta pick your breakfast (from the 5 options) and confirm it on WhatsApp between 7 and 10 pm, or you'll miss out. I missed one breakfast but still wanna give it a 10.

As a Senior Reviewer on TripAdvisor, I can confidently say that Viia Residence in Kuala Lumpur exceeded expectations on every front. Check-in and check-out were smooth and impressively quick, with very friendly customer service that made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The 2-bedroom apartment was spotless – super clean and thoughtfully designed with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. All the amenities were well-maintained and clearly planned with guests in mind. The infinity pool was a real highlight – long, serene, and offering a stunning view of the city skyline. Perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location is fantastic too – walking distance to Midvalley Mall, and central enough that major spots like KLCC, Suria, and Sunway are just 15-20 minutes away by car. A great choice for families – safe, convenient, and very comfortable. Highly recommend Viia Residence for both short and extended stays in KL. Would definitely return!

Passing Train occasionally can be disturbing. Also the apartment is not sound proof /reducing external noise in any way. But definitely can manage.

It is withing walking distance to Midvalley KL. Price reasonable. Well-equipped kitchen with an oven, fridge, stove, utensils, and a washing machine with dryer. It also has a hair dryer.

With a similar area of around 61 square meters, Tribecca offers two rooms (one with a single bed and one with a queen-size bed). Additionally, the parking fee is RM15 per day, though the parking lot can be difficult to locate (at least it was for me since I checked in late). Moreover, there are no clear signs directing from the parking lot to the rooms. A photo showing the location of the parking lot and the path to the rooms would be greatly appreciated. Please bring own toothbrush or toothpaste , at least, I couldn’t find any.
