Clean hotel with a great breakfast and a good location, away from the busy streets but close enough to reach them in a 10-minute car ride. The staff is friendly and very helpful.

We only had two grievances, though they can easily be solved. First, they do not provide water bottles, so you would have to use the tap water from the bathroom and put it through a filtration machine available in the room. Second is that even when the room is cleaned, we would have to notify staff multiple times to provide us with new coffee and tea packets.

*Modern shower & toilet, with sliding panels for enclosure rather than doors. *Staff service was good during b'fast; but food was not hot enough. Lots of different choices on food & juices each day. *I believe the management are fine-tuning certain hiccups like a map/directions to where the facilities are. I will certainly stay here again.

*Std King Room was pretty small - much like the normal size motel room in Australia. *Confusing way to get to hotel - need a map. We got dropped off at the nearby airbnb section!

The staff is superb - from reception to security to house keeping. Everyone is smiling and always here to help. The rooms are clean. The fact that you have two pillows soft and firm is awesome. The mattress is good even if you have back pain (firm). Great location

The sliding door is annoying when you open/close bathroom. The fridge was a bit lame. The filtered water tastes horrible so I had to buy water outside. The breakfast is a bit monotonous when you stay for more than 3-4 days

The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, so you can choose the type you like — I think it’s pretty good! As for the location, since the Bangsar area has more offices and department stores and is not a tourist spot, transportation to the city center is not very convenient. There isn’t much to see or shop around here, but there are many great coffee shops worth trying, and the area is very quiet.

Brand new hotel. Room quite spacious with a sofa. Comfy bed with 2 types of pillows (hard and soft). Staff was pretty good, welcoming.

Drove and parked there. The parking was a bit tight to enter and exit so be a bit careful. Location is next to Indian temple. So if there is an event, get ready to endure big traffic jam

Overall staff was very helpful. Cleaniness of the room and property. Since we were travelling with our family so we wanted to have connected rooms which staff provided. Breakfast was good also we had to do early checkout so we requested to pack some light breakfast which they also agreed.

Location is a bit far from KLCC.

small and cogested rooms not quite rooms, disturbance from corridor and adjacent room (there is door between the rooms - the new guest in the next room during the midnight was trying to open it and enter our room !!)

Is it just me or...why do the room always smell like a wet carpet. That kinda smell like 'bantal busuk' even after requested to change the whole sheets. Its becoming like their hotel signature smell. The rest is just excellent.

Everything is new as it's a new hotel.

Quite a tad disappointed with the pillow case which smells! Guess housekeeping did not change the covers after the previous guest checked out which left me with the covers that smells really bad!
