I like the modern vibe apartment. The setup of the furnitures and lighting also good plus the blind from direct sun is chef kiss. Washing machine for me is the best features as it provide both wash and dry functions. The utensils and kitchen equipments were all in good conditions and ready to use (microwave, electric stove, refrigerator, knife sets, plates, cups). The wifi is fast so connecting to netflix and other apps is super easy. Staff is ready to answer your question in no time so plus point in that too. The distance from monorail (bangsar) also just 5 min walk so its great place to stay and travel anywhere through public transport.

I am a tall person (180cm) so the bed which situated on top of the room ( which need to be hiked, ill tell in details next) was wayyyyy to short for me, i had to hunch or crawl to get into bed so its a hard work just to reach into bed. Next, i dont mind stairs to get into bed but here its soo high for each steps and kinda dangerous for kid cause there is nothing to blocked them from jump or whatnot. Thats all

The parking was not included so we had to pay and also it’s stated that it was RM15 for a night and the next day on my c/out, I drove my car from L3 to the lobby to claim my parking money but I was told that I should have came down to lobby first to make the claim and then I was supposed to move my car so since I drove down to the lobby and by using my TouchNgo card was charged RM60 for one night parking fee. The person in charge on the receptionist told me that now they can’t do anything about it. The clear instructions about parking claim should be made by the property owner before c/in but it was not so I wasn’t satisfied about it. Please arrange a parking lot for your guest so that it will be accessible to them instead of paying double and triple of what you’ve mentioned

Connected to LRT station. Big rooms with adequate facilities. Wifi speed is excellent.

We reached around 6:30 a.m., and the person at the reception was half asleep and pushed the register towards me, he did not care to guide me. I made a mistake while filling in the entry and he went ballistic, I was surprised by this kind of behavior and would have raised it to the management. But, sometimes you just want to rest after a 15-hour long flight and do not want to start your vacation on the wrong foot.

Nice location, 10 minutes walk from KL Sentral train station. Apartment clean and comfortable.

3pm check in, it is little bit late. Check in process is tricky, all these manipulations with keys, deposits and so on. At stay Final price differs from Booking price.

Great location, with prices only a fraction from nearby hotel. Facilities provided suitable for short/long stay, like kitchen and washing machine. Will definitely consider staying back here again when I'm back in town.

A couple things can be improve: 1. Payment options might varied, but host seems to have no record and had to be reminded to refer back to previous message for confirmation. 2. Better to provide a bit of cooking oil, since all cookware are not non-stick. 3. A bit of false advertising, since the "green wall" is not there as in the picture. 4. Toilet seems to have bad drainage? as keep having a weird smell

Size of property was great for a family of 4. Location was excellent as just a 5 minute walk to train. Host was quick to welcome us and was very responsive. We’re very pleased with our stay.

We stayed on 10th floor and had family on 13th floor. The apartment keys don’t allow for you to go between floors 10 and 13 in the lifts which was a little annoying but between walking up stairs and meeting on the swimming pool floor it worked. It’s actually good for security.

The place was really comfortable, the bed was great. Good Wi-Fi and a balcony is a big plus! Extremely quiet really has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Liked the loft layout. Location is close enough to central KL, but not close enough to experience jams everywhere. AMAZING value for your money with all the things I mentioned. Has a bridge to the MRT station.

The view of the balcony wasn't amazing, but I'm sure if you got the more expensive options (which really isn't that much more expensive), you would have a good view! Brickfields is a bit shady at night.

Location was OK,there was no restaurant or market besides the building, you need to walk across the road or take LRT to other places to get food. Was very convenient with link bridge to LRT to access anywhere. Room lay out was good, modern yet comfortable. Only you need to climb the stairs if you want to go to washroom middle of nights. Facilities was good, you get to watch Netflix or YouTube on TV, everything were in the studio, microwave, washing machine with dryer, even they provide detergent for washing. Was a very comfortable stay. Check-in was a little complicated however was not a problem if you follow their instructions properly, it was fun though for me step by step to follow to get the room key, it was like playing games. The property incharge was doing an amazing job, they respond very quick and take action quickly. Overall was a pleasant stay and I would recommend this property to other people.

1) Toilet paper was really poor quality. 2) There was only one mirror inside the washroom, I can't imagine if you have 2 people staying, one can't use the mirror if another person is using the washroom. If you can put a full body mirror in the studio that will be perfect. 3) There was no drinking water provided. 4) Door to balcony and the balcony are dusty, didn't clean enough.

I liked that it is convenient to reach via LRT and that it has a clean and comfortable place. The host was very helpful and she gave thorough explanation on how to make full use of the facilities in the room.

Would appreciate it if you have had more complimentary items such as coffee, tea, chocolate drink, and sugar as some people might not take coffee and tea due to health issues.
