The breakfast was excellent & the location is unparalleled. Cleanliness standards were great, thanks to Mukhlis who was our housekeeping staff on 21st floor. If you want to make use of the transport options at KL sentral this is it - almost all lines lead to KL sentral one way or another & the hotel is at literally spitting distance from the station not walking spitting distance top it up with a fairly sized mall access direct from hotel to Nu Sentral mall. The surprise & the highlight for me came when I was checking out & one of the helpers asked me about my onward journey, I was due to take the KLIA xpres train to the airport & had 7 pieces of luggage that I was planning to cross the road to the station with in turns of 1-2 pieces per road cross. I think the helper's name was irwan & he offered to get the luggage to the station, not only that he helped us cross security loading & unloading of luggage right till the batik air flight check in counter. This ladies & gentlemen was truly 5 star service from a 4 star establishment. There is no doubt in my mind that if I return to KL this establishment will be one I'd check back into without a doubt! For kids & fams, decent sized infinity pool was a plus with excellent timings, longest I have ever seen in a hotel since 2011.

Although water bottles were complimentary, maybe install water dispensers or give larger 1.5 litre bottles to reduce plastic waste. Breakfast end time should be expanded to 11am, some of us are there for vacations & would like to operate at a slower pace!

I have stayed at this hotel regularly since 2015, usually for long periods of time eg. 19 nights in 2022 and a total of 15 nights (2 nights then 4 nights then 9 nights) on this stay. I like the hotel's central location, the helpfulness of the staff and the facilities that are offered. It is right next to e KL Sentral Station from which trains, buses and taxis go, and there is a large shopping centre (NuSentral) next door. I had an issue with my room allocation on the third part of my stay this year which was quickly resolved when I wrote to the manager. The hotel also offers a very comprehensive breakfast.

Food prices in the restaurants are extortionate as is the cost of getting laundry done - this is not unique to this hotel though. The hotel is also not very good at acknowledging regular guests. As I said earlier, I have stayed at this hotel many times since 2016 and yet I am never welcomed back as a returning guest! I stayed there for three separate periods this year and yet was 'just another guest' when I returned each time. It would be nice to be acknowledged when returning, a characteristic of great hotels all over the world.

The breakfast was outstanding, a large and varied selection kept well topped up. The location (for me) was excellent, close to the KLIA Ekspress and monorail. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the rooftop pool area was very welcome after a day out.

There was just something a bit missing. The hotel is modern and fairly trendy, but at the cost of any soul or character. My room was upgraded, and was comfortable and pleasant (the bed was the biggest I've ever seen), but still a bit utilitarian rather than luxurious. But maybe that's the intention. Still good value overall, I think.

Clean, comfortable room, with tea/coffee, fridge, ironing board, safe, and great shower. I borrowed a cable to connect my computer to the TV via an HDMI in the wall socket. There's a great swimming pool and bar on the roof. Best of all, it's just across the road from the KLIA express and main train station. A large shopping mall right next door, with coffee shops and restaurants. The museum is a short walk under cover - well worth a visit -- and a lovely park just beyond that.

Terrestrial TV only, plus a BBC, Bloomberg and Discovery channel. Would have been perfect if it had satellite or cable.

Check in was easy, the room was spacious clean and comfortable, the breakfast was wonderful, facilities great especially the roof top pool, great location just minutes from the KLIA express, check out straightforward and quick. All the staff were friendly and efficient, always with a smile. Special mention must be made of Jahidul, our room housekeeper on the 18th floor. He kept our room clean, tidy and well stocked throughout our stay. Always with a smile, he was a pleasure to talk with and is a great asset to the hotel. I look forward to staying at the Aloft KL Sentral again in the future.

What a great stay we had here. Located right across the road from Sentral Station and the KLIA express train to and from the airport. Quick check-in by lovely and friendly staff. The room was very large, with a super comfy king size bed and a huge TV. The rooftop pool was great, and the bar alongside it has 2-for-1 happy hour each night between 5 and 8. The breakfast buffet had the largest selection of food choices we've ever seen, from Malaysian to Chinese to Indian to Halal to Western, with at least 4 cooks making fresh items to order. And the dining room is big enough to cope with a crowd. Really exceptional. The cafe in the foyer made excellent espresso coffee and had wonderful cakes. We cannot recommend Aloft highly enough.

The only quibble is that the pool is closed when it rains - I believe that lightning strikes are a real possibility in KL, so I guess that's understandable.

The location of this hotel is unbeatable. Despite Le Meridian & the Hilton near Aloft, this hotel should be your go-to hotel. It's priced much less than the other two & provides pretty much the same facilities and comfort. My room on floor 21 had a spectacular view, a lot of thought has gone into the planning of the room with regards to the toilet, lighting, safe vault etc. The staff were extra polite and if you are a bonvoy member you have extra privilege like early check in and late check out. 24 hrs room service. There is convenient store very close to the hotel. The Nu Sentral mall is just a few yards away making it very convenient for shopping especially during adverse weather. The breakfast was very good with a widespread selection.

Not really a complaint but the table at breakfast had only basic cutlery. One would have to go a designated area to pick up additional cutlery as well as sauce, sugar, salt & pepper, paper towel etc.

We really enjoyed our stay at Aloft KL Sentral. The room was large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. As a nice touch, bottles of water were provided every day. The staff was friendly and helpful, check in and check out simple and efficient. The breakfast buffet is incredible. The location next to a shopping mall and the train station is very convenient especially when using the train from the airport. It is not in the touristic centre but the various metro lines make getting there very easy.

Nothing. I will definitely consider the Aloft chain of hotels when planning my next trip.

Nice staff and breakfast, very responsive. Food and drinks a little on the higher side compared to the street. Free water and plenty of it. Great televisions in the room. Right next to the NU Sentral mall so this is great because plenty of food, drink and shopping options. We loved the rooftop swimming pool, great views, highly recommend. Easy to get a grab taxi or bolt from here to anywhere in KL.

Old xbox in the reception, no entertainment in the restaurant in the evening, staff unaware of when any live music etc is on.
