I had a wonderful stay at EasyHotel! From the moment I arrived, the receptionist and doorman were extremely welcoming and kind. Their warm attitude and helpfulness made me feel comfortable right away, which I really appreciated. The room was small, but efficiently designed and very clean. Though compact, it had everything I needed for a short and comfortable stay. The bed was cozy, and the bathroom was spotless. The breakfast was a fixed menu, but it was satisfying and served on time—great for starting the day. I was also very pleased with the Wi-Fi; it was fast and stable throughout my stay, which made it easy to work and stream. The location is fantastic—close to public transport, restaurants, and attractions—yet the hotel remains quiet and peaceful at night. Overall, a great experience with excellent service, good value, and all the essentials done right. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The room was very small, which may not suit everyone, especially if you’re traveling with large luggage or planning a longer stay. The air conditioner worked, but it was a bit old and took some time to cool the room properly. It wasn’t a major issue, but something worth noting for those visiting in warmer months.And The breakfast was served as a fixed menu

Super convenient location, next to Nu Sentral Mall which has many floors including top floors with restaurants, and next to the KL Sentral train station which includes the KLIA Express stop from KUL airport (30 minutes non-stop one-way ride for RM 55). Nu Sentral Mall also has ground floor restaurants facing the street, across the street from this hotel. There are numerous other local restaurants in the neighborhood which are very active during lunch time as this is a very busy area for office workers. This hotel also has an attached restaurant. Lots of shopping at the Nu Sentral Mall which is air conditioned. There is a bus stop nearby which lets you catch buses to all areas of the city (use Google Maps for bus numbers), but you will need to buy and top up a RapidKL bus card first; otherwise use Grab (Uber) for taxis which many people do. Budget hotel at a competitive price. The shower worked fine, the mattress was firm, and the room was a decent size. I found this hotel to be a very good place for connections to and from the KUL airport (KLIA Express).

Traffic jam in elevator near check out time (only one elevator) but this happens at other hotels too.

Great Stay at a Perfect Location! Easy Hotel Kuala Lumpur truly lives up to its name – everything is so convenient! The location is excellent, just walking distance from KL Sentral metro station. There are plenty of restaurants around — from local flavors to international cuisines — and even a shopping mall nearby. The hotel staff, especially the receptionist, were warm and welcoming with a lovely smile. Rooms are quite comfortable and clean, though slightly compact. Housekeeping service was also commendable. Considering the price and location, it’s a great value for money. Strongly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in KL!

- Transportation: Near the train station and KL Sentral, very convenient for traveling as well as easy to catch Grab - Location: Opposite Nu Sentral. Next to the hotel, there are 2 convenience stores for easy shopping when needed and a 24/7 restaurant. - Room: Fully equipped with necessary amenities, hair dryer, hot cold water and bathroom kit, wifi TV, fridge, AC, etc. There is also an ironing at the end of each floor. 2 bottles of water/day, instant coffee, etc. It's quite quiet at night, not noisy - Hotel: The staff always smile and greet you, there is delicious lemon/orange juice, always support you when you need it. There is a gym and a small playing house on the rooftop of the 5th floor. It's great

The room is quite small so if you open the luggage and leave them on the floor there will be quite a bit of room to move around in the room, but if you close them and put them in the corner it's no problem. There is only one elevator so the wait may be a bit long.

It was a comfortable and pleasant stay at an affordable price. The location of the hotel was strategic, opposite KL Sentral, the main transportation hub, so going anywhere is a breeze. Plenty of eateries nearby so you won't be starving throughout your stay. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful and checking in was a breeze. The house keeping staff are helpful. They did a wonderful job to ensure our room is equipped with the necessities for a pleasant stay. The room was also very clean and well maintained.

If you are a light sleeper, do pack your earplugs. The hotel is located in a busy area, so noises from the street and monorail is unavoidable.

The location was perfect and in line with our objectives to visit KL The cleanliness of the room was regularly maintained by the staff. The amount of soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste was sufficient and refilled regularly Sufficient water bottles were provided and when requested extra water bottle was also served with warm smile. At check-in, we received a warm welcome and a welcome orange drink. Breakfast was not in the package. So no comment.

For one queen bed and one single bed, the room was a bit congested. For the convenience of guests who are not very tall, the shower towel rack should be at least 1.5 feet down. The room price could have been a little less. But it's still fine worth money.

Very convenient location and really friendly staff. They did their best to make our stay the most comfortable and accommodated all our needs. When we decided we did not want to have breakfast at the hotel we were refunded for it, even if it was never an option to have or not and we really did not expect them to (or request it as it was because of our personal needs/allergies and we would have happily paid the full price and then simply had breakfast elsewhere). Rooms were cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every time. They provided shampoo, soap and shower gel. We used the gym every day and, although it was very basic, it met our needs and we were happy there even was one! Its location is ideal if you are using KL Sentral station and it is attached to a mall which is conveniente for the supermarket and other stores which may be needed. I cannot rate the breakfast as we did not use the service because of our dietary requirements/allergies. The staff was extremely friendly and really nice.

The breakfast could have had more options (fruit and maybe some western choices, but for its price I really would not have expected it and we were completely fine with our choice of eating elsewhere). The gym could be improved by offering small towels to be used while training if needed, since it is very hot.

Hotel Infrastructure, Receptionist Mr Punit I guess ( Morning Guy) and Room Boys, thier humble behaviour all the time towards thier guest, wishing all good morning , afternoon and all, perfect location to Nu Central Mall, Taxis, Buses ,Trains and nearby mouth watering wonderful Indian Restaurants. The Rooms were good, hotel lobby is so mesmerising and beautifully decorated as portrayed touch wood. Would definitely visit again if the Almighty GOD permits. Being a Level 3 Genius account holder to Booking.com I would say that my experience to Malaysia and staying in Easy Hotel was a good and beautiful experience.

Hotel is at a perfect location to get some rest before catching a flight. A mall is just across the road and provides everything we needed. We are surprised by the facilities provided as it is a budget hotel, had a great time at the rooftop and kids playground ( it is small but acknowledging hotel efforts on a thought for small kids.) Room and hotel area are clean, and well maintained. staff are very friendly and polite. Room is however small, would not suit travelers with large luggages. It didn’t bother us as we just booked for a short period of time.

We had a room with window facing monorail, announce from the station could be heard in the room. Sound proofing should be the next improvement that this hotel could consider.

The reception staff Bicky, Arina and Al-Amin were friendly, welcomed and greeted us well. I requested for two single beds and Bicky managed to fulfil it without much fuss. The room was very clean and one thing (might be small, but I thought it was well thought off) was the sandals in the bathroom - I have never seen any other hotel offering the same. I use the hotel as a night transit between train and the next day's flight. It was very convenient - the hotel is attached to a restaurant that operates 24 hours, next to it are two sundry shops that also run around the clock. Any last minute shopping can be done at the opposite bit NU Sentral Shopping mall. To to the airport I could simply catch the airport train from KL Sentral, easily walkable to.

If there is anything, it would be the rooms window which practically defeats the purpose as it faces right to it another building, But this is a minor point as I use the hotel only for a night transit.
