Super convenient location, next to Nu Sentral Mall which has many floors including top floors with restaurants, and next to the KL Sentral train station which includes the KLIA Express stop from KUL airport (30 minutes non-stop one-way ride for RM 55). Nu Sentral Mall also has ground floor restaurants facing the street, across the street from this hotel. There are numerous other local restaurants in the neighborhood which are very active during lunch time as this is a very busy area for office workers. This hotel also has an attached restaurant. Lots of shopping at the Nu Sentral Mall which is air conditioned. There is a bus stop nearby which lets you catch buses to all areas of the city (use Google Maps for bus numbers), but you will need to buy and top up a RapidKL bus card first; otherwise use Grab (Uber) for taxis which many people do. Budget hotel at a competitive price. The shower worked fine, the mattress was firm, and the room was a decent size. I found this hotel to be a very good place for connections to and from the KUL airport (KLIA Express).

Traffic jam in elevator near check out time (only one elevator) but this happens at other hotels too.

Very convenient location and really friendly staff. They did their best to make our stay the most comfortable and accommodated all our needs. When we decided we did not want to have breakfast at the hotel we were refunded for it, even if it was never an option to have or not and we really did not expect them to (or request it as it was because of our personal needs/allergies and we would have happily paid the full price and then simply had breakfast elsewhere). Rooms were cleaned daily with towels and sheets changed every time. They provided shampoo, soap and shower gel. We used the gym every day and, although it was very basic, it met our needs and we were happy there even was one! Its location is ideal if you are using KL Sentral station and it is attached to a mall which is conveniente for the supermarket and other stores which may be needed. I cannot rate the breakfast as we did not use the service because of our dietary requirements/allergies. The staff was extremely friendly and really nice.

The breakfast could have had more options (fruit and maybe some western choices, but for its price I really would not have expected it and we were completely fine with our choice of eating elsewhere). The gym could be improved by offering small towels to be used while training if needed, since it is very hot.

Hotel Infrastructure, Receptionist Mr Punit I guess ( Morning Guy) and Room Boys, thier humble behaviour all the time towards thier guest, wishing all good morning , afternoon and all, perfect location to Nu Central Mall, Taxis, Buses ,Trains and nearby mouth watering wonderful Indian Restaurants. The Rooms were good, hotel lobby is so mesmerising and beautifully decorated as portrayed touch wood. Would definitely visit again if the Almighty GOD permits. Being a Level 3 Genius account holder to Booking.com I would say that my experience to Malaysia and staying in Easy Hotel was a good and beautiful experience.

The room was so tiny! 🤏 I guess that's what I get for choosing the budget option. 😅 #BudgetTravel #SmallButCozy. AC wasn't working properly, so I tried to contact booking.com, but unfortunately, they didn't reply. 😤 The owner of the property, however, was incredibly kind and understanding. He refunded the entire amount for my stay! 😱 I was so surprised! I had only asked for a partial refund since the AC wasn't working and I lost sleep until it was repaired at 2 am. But this kind-hearted man went above and beyond. I'm so grateful! 😊 #AmazingHost #UnexpectedKindness !.

I loved the location, so convenient to transport, shops and good places to eat. The room was immaculate, AC worked well. All the teams from front reception to housekeeping were so friendly. Very good value if you want clean, safe and convenient accommodation. Also check out money corner for some good food options nearby.

Like others have said, it is noisy. My room was on the street within hand shaking distance of the monorail. I could also hear the room beside me very clearly. Some sound proofing is needed. A note about the area in general - as a solo female traveller there was almost constant attention from men asking, "Where's your husband". I was also followed home one night by someone and managed to shake him off at the train station before darting back to my hotel. I really did enjoy the area but would reconsider again in future for safety reasons.

The hotel is at a fantastic location, from which one can easily access the public transport and every other important part of the city. Apart from that, the fact that it's in Little India means a lot of tasty and affordable Indian food just a few steps away. NU Sentral mall is across the street, several convenience stores in the vicinity too.

The only slight inconvenience was that the window was oriented directly towards pedestrian overpass, so that passers-by can see the entire room in detail while heading to catch the train. This didn't bother me much, though.

This property was nearly perfect for our intended use. It's right by kl sentral and we used it as a stop over for a connecting flight so got a bus to and from the airport so easy. It's on little india and opposite the shopping centre so lots of food and drink at all times. Even and a little shop before the flight. They have a water machine on top floor. They have a gym on the top floor which I used before flying. Nice chill area and WiFi on the top which works great. Bed was comfy and ac good. Everything was very white and clean. The only bad thing and was very annoying actually is there is 0 sound proofing and the walls and floors are paper thin. We got into bed so late and were shattered and we could hear the neighbours each sound and down below as if they were in bed with us.

Overall, hotel is comfortable and immaculately clean. Bathroom is spick and span with toiletries such as gel soap, shampoo and even toothbrush and toothpaste are provided. There is a freezer coupled with coffee corner to mix drinks. For Muslims, a prayer mat is provided and direction for 'qiblat' is indicated. Even the staff is friendly and always greet the guests. All in all, the hotel is strategically located as it is accessible to restaurants, convenience store, KL Sentral and other mode of transportation.

Air-conditioner is a bit too cold even after reducing the temperature and the room is not that spacious for three people. Hopefully hotel management could address these issues.

The hotel is strategically located very near to NU Sentral and KL Sentral. It also has it's own restaurant and that makes food hunting much easier. The food served in the restaurant is delicious. The room is clean, aircond and water heater are functioning well. The housekeeping staff Mr Kayes was very helpful and accommodating to all the request made.

The gym equipment should function well. The aircond in the gym needs servicing, it wasn't really cooling when I was there. The playground needs to be sterilized every day to prevent diseases from spreading from a child to other children. A record of the playground has been sterilized should be pinned up on the door for curious parents before they would allow their children to use the facility. I would also like to suggest that roti canai and thosay can be served all day long. Not everyone wants to rice or noodles for lunch. The price of food and drinks can be a bit pricey. Maybe discounts on food should be given to patrons who are staying in your hotel. Lastly, please offer more tv channels and better tv in the room.

It’s conveniently located at KL Sentral with easy access to public transport. The property and the room were clean, comfortable, and as advertised. The room has a kettle with coffee/tea, a small refrigerator, AC, TV, hot water, toiletries, and wifi throughout the property. Free breakfast was offered in the adjoining Indian open-air restaurant downstairs and is simple but tasty. I only stayed one night, but am a repeat customer because the staff is amazing. Again, they smiled, assisted, and communicated professionally and kindly.

My room faced the Main Street and public transport platforms. Whilst I could hear noise, it didn’t bother me and I slept well.
