Everything! From the staff's hospitality, common space, rooms and location, which is around KL sentral vicinity. The bathrooms are very clean, as clean as luxury hotels for a capsule stay. I like the theme of it too, very spacey and innovation. The plus points are having dedicated toilet areas for male and female (from its interesting posters with catchy quotes such as "men to the left" and "women are always right"). Also, surau are available there too. As a person who've stayed a number of hostels or Guesthouses, my first stay here is truly one of a kind and memorable. The hygiene is truly beyond my expectations. This capsule should be your go to capsule adventure, even if you're local. Will definitely stay there again.

The staff were all super friendly, lots of toilets and showers available, clean, great location next to a mall, great Indian restaurants, and the main metro station; very private, love the futuristic vibes, the washer and dryer are super fast and made my clothes smell good!

(I stayed here towards the end of January so some of the issues I had may have been resolved by now) Maybe not the most ideal if you are sensitive to smell due to a strong air freshener scent throughout the rooms, the capsules make a beeping noise every time you tap your card key to enter, my particular capsule I think was a bit faulty because whenever the person above me moved, the lights would turn on, you can only open the capsules from the inside by using your key card which can be scary if there is a power outage/emergency. Would definitely recommend ear plugs/ noise cancelling headphones if you are a light sleeper due to the beeping sound

It’s so worth it if you need to stay in the city for less than 24 hrs. Despite the price, the facilities are unexpectedly good! It’s so clean & secure as if you need to access the room, capsule & locker you need to have the card. Yes, they have lockers that can fit your wheeled luggages. At first I was worried about the ventilation and aircond because when I first arrived, I cannot feel the aircond inside the capsule. But it actually took some time. If you have any concerns, just ask first and help from the staffs The shower room located at a different floor but oh well it’s a sharing space, right? The bedsheets, towel, toilets are also clean. For muslim travellers, you don’t have to worry because there’s also a separate prayer room.

The prayer room is a shared space btwn male and female, need to make sure you don’t enter the room if opposite gender is praying. The room is also not carpeted and I need to take ablution from the shower head instead of a proper pipe for ablution just like other surau

Location is great. Right below the KL Sentral Monorail Station. I feel safe around there (up until 10pm.) Inside the hotel is mainly safe too. The bathroom is spacious. The capsule bed is comfortable enough for me (160cm). The staff are great. The guests don't bother anyone. There is a space to pray, quite big too. I recommend this to solo travellers.

Although there is female dorm and female bathroom, the way to walk there isn't segregated by sex. For muslim women who wear hijab, it is tricky to go around freely. Also, I think around 10am, they turn off the centralised air-con since the only thing that comes out from the air gaps (?) is air, not cold air.

Excellent location and very clean. Friendly staff at the front desk who are willing to help and make the stay a pleasant experience.

Nothing major to call out, but a few improvements would make it even better 1. The USB charging is very slow in the capsule. 2. It would be good if the lights turn on for a couple of mins or so when you open the capsule door with the access card, before we can figure out that the card needs to be inserted for the power to continue. Makes it easier to see things, especially when it's dark and you just come in 3. A bench near the lockers will help as you can open your luggage to pick up items. Especially useful if you have been allocated an upper capsule Despite all these suggestions, it's a fantastic place to stay

One of the most unique and incredible stays I've experienced in all my travels! Location: Located right outside KL Sentral station which makes it perfectly situated to go anywhere using the trains and easy to get back and rest after a long day out. Atmosphere: I loved the space theme and the little details to the dorms that really made me feel like I was in a space capsule. Rooms: Dorm beds in the capsule are extremely clean. Only 8 beds in my dorm room which kept things fairly quiet. Lockers are located outside the rooms so people can handle their luggage without disturbing sleeping guests. Lockers are very large with plenty of space for storage. There is also a small safe inside the capsule for any valuables that you don't want to leave outside. One of the biggest issues with capsules is how hot it can get but this space capsule allows you to adjust the air conditioner to your preferred temperature. Lighting is also adjustable. Bathrooms: The shared bathrooms are very clean and luxuriously large with a separate shower and toilet area, big sink and hooks, and shelves for storage. Female and male bathrooms are fully separated as well, which is a huge plus. Shampoo and bodywash were provided along with a towel. Hot water is available to shower and nice water pressure. Communal areas: very clean pantry space with basic amenities and a small lounge near the bathrooms and kitchen. Ground floor has a small eatery and snacks are available for purchase. Highly recommend this stay to anyone in KL! Wish I had stayed for longer.

They charge a RM50 cash deposit on check-in. If this is your last stay in the country as a tourist, then you are forced to spend that cash before you fly out which can feel like a needless expense. The lock doesn't work on one of the toilets and one of my USB charging ports was not working. But these are only minor issues, I loved my stay.

Right opposite train station ,,,bang in the middle of little India so no need to go to India ,it’s here ,all good food north and South Indian ,a decent cup of tea and friendly locals ,,great staff ,super clean showers ,,piping hot water ,, free cups of tea

The walls of capsules are a bit thin ,so off course you hear peoole snoring or what ever ,,but just put headphones on ,,,whats annoying is some people have their phone speakers on when calling ,,that was the whole point of staying in a capsule to avoid selfish peoole in bunk dormitories ,,,only the one guy and to fair to him he did shut up when I asked him too ,,it was 2 am ,,,peoole can talk all night on the reception area

The location is amazing! The place is clean, modern, comfortable. It was good to have access to AC all day. The capsules are comfortable. Showers are clean and have a good pressure and hot water.

I was not a fan of the configuration of the 6 front-entry female capsules. It just feels a bit too packed. You can easily hear your neighbors and I had to ask two different persons to go talk over the phone somewhere else. The light comes through the wall and I was unlucky to have a neighbor that slept with the light on all night. The electricity is just weird in the capsules, the power was not strong enough to charge my power bank, I thought it was broken and bought another one just to discover it works fines in other places. Also, when I plugged a USB cable, it made the ceiling light turn on and off. These are minor inconveniences and I would recommend the place any time. Stayed there 5 nights and would definitely stay again!

- Staff is super friendly - Beds are comfortable, liked that they provide a towel and hanger - Lights inside the pod are cool - Second floor is all bathrooms, and each bathroom has a sink, toilet, and shower. All super clean and awesome, I really liked this layout. - Location is super convenient, right across from KL Sentral train station

- Each pod has air that gets controlled by the central AC unit, it's extremely loud and extremely cold (although staff was mostly accommodating when I asked to change it, but I had to ask them each night which was annoying). This was super annoying during my stay - Not very social

Such a cool and convenient capsule hotel at an affordable price. Everything was new and clean as they just open it last year. I like their individual bathroom, so spacious with toilet & shower and bonus part is towel provided. They even provide surau to cater for muslim which normally I hardly found at this kind of accommodation, bravo!👏 Friendly and helpful staffs. Check out at 12noon. I can leave my luggage at reception while waiting for my next flight. Definitely gonna be my favourite stop when I'm travelling to and from Malaysia.
