Location is superb. You get out of KL Sentral station by going one floor above to NU Sentral Mall and getting down through the other side of the passageway to the monorail station, crossing a street, and you reach the hotel. You have everything at stone's throw, restaurants, 7/11, and the stores are open till late at night. The arrangement of hot and cold drinking water on each floor was very convenient. The staff in the breakfast room were very efficient. They were attending to every requirement of the guests and refilled promptly. Breakfast choices were limited, but the food was good.

The rooms were quite small, even compared to the KL city standard. We booked a family room, but there was hardly enough space in the room to walk. If you have a lot of luggage, then the whole room becomes non-navigable. The toilet is another big concern; the door didn't lock properly. It was so tiny that you would feel claustrophobic.

Value for money. Location: Cannot beat this convenient location if you have or had train travel from/to KL Sentral. Room: It is classic old hotel, but it is well maintained, well cleaned, covered what I need for one night stay. You can feel like 1980-90s nostalgia. Staff: I arrived around 1PM, I was initially just drop my suitcase and walk around but the room was available so they let me check in. Front desk man and woman were both friendly, efficient. Security guard took care of my suitcase upon arrival too. Room: Bed was ok, no problem. It looks not old, and I slept well. I was in the monorail side room and you can hear the sound but not that loud. There are water dispenser at the floor so I could fill up my bottle. (taste bit funny tho) Initially bit concerned as ashtray set up at the elevator hall, but I did not notice the smell.

Hotel was good. If I would highlight, maybe the surrounding areas, I walked around to find a place to eat dinner but did not feel good atmosphere, so I just grabbed takeaway and head back to the room before sunset. Go Nu Mall if you are female solo traveller.

The counter staff during my call made while OTR was attended by Pn.Murni . She was friendly and when I requested for the town view room, she couldnt commit during that hour stating that would be subjective to availibility. Bet she did communiocate with the PIC or not sure how she got it done..to my surprise given room was 1205 facing town. That made my stay comfotable enough. Will definetly rebook this hotel during my next visit as my previous stay was not as good at this one. The same goes to reception staff handing the air-con noise during the 1st night, and as well during my exit the staff attended to me was in fact frriendly and wish me safe journey back . The mgmt must reward them for friendly environemt created by the hotel staffs cause that what matters most..as this will override any other issues encountered during our stay there.

My recent stay had some improvements compared to before. This time, they provided toothpaste, which wasn’t available previously. However, the WiFi is still slow, and the TV channels aren’t working. The hijabi receptionist was polite, while the free-hair receptionist was just average. The Chinese male receptionist was great—I really loved his smile. Parking is now cashless; it used to be RM5, but it’s been increased to RM6.

An extremely centrally located and very reasonably priced accommodation within spitting distance of KL Sentral Station, allowing you to get anywhere in the city within less than an hour. Additionally, one of the monorail lines is literally located around 50 metres from the hotel's main entrance. The breakfast is good and has a wide selection, the staff are attentive and kind, and there is a high level of cleanliness. A definitive recommendation for anyone looking to visit KL!

The location of course!!! This is my 8th stay with this hotel. I've been staying in this hotel since 2015! Value for money, great location, safe surrounding, near to shopping mall, places to eat and basic needs like convenience stores, coin laundry, street food, street spa (really useful and needed after a long day of shopping and sight seeing) and most importantly this hotel is located very near to KL Sentral, your one stop travelling stations - ETS, ERL, Monorel, LRT, intercity trains etc...

the bathroom door...i think we need 2 separate doors for the shower and the toilet.. 😬

I hanged my Gold Chain on the door knob and forgot to pick it up. On the way to singapore I noticed and called to customer service desk. Mr Anis picked up the call and I told him about my case. After 30 minutes he called and confirmed my Gold chain is located and is under his custody. Can come or authorise some one to come and collect. It was collected by my friend. Appreciate the honesty of the Hotel Team. Besides the monetary value, the chain has some immense sentimental value. Thanks Anis & Team.

No safe deposit lockers.

I always like the location of the hotel itself, its very near the convenience store n to the nearest public transport.

Its my 3rd time at the hotel, i always like it but this time i really dont like the mattress, its very thin. I can feel the spring . Almost not comfortable for the entire trip . But next time i hope i can get better room . The room i was stayed ad 330 at level 3 .

Beautiful, comfortable and spacious apartment. Swimming pool was huge with amazing view. Initially i had issues with wifi but was resolved immediately. Easy to communicate with owner.

No proper signboard of the entrance where the driver should drop off. When I arrive the apartment was clean but not 100%. I saw some hairs on the floor. Could add more trash bins and clothelines to dry wet clothes from pool. Check-in is late but check-out is early.. bec my flight is at night had to pay extra every hour for late check-out.

The location is.within a few minutes' walking distance from KL Sentral monorail and about 5 to 10 minutes to the main KL Sentral station. The price is also value-for-money for a superior/double room. The neighbouring eateries and convenience stores are open till late. You never need to worry aboit going hungry.

The room is a little dated, and could do with a new coat of paint. Some overall touch-ups would be good too. However, those are minor stuff and should not affect your stay to a huge extent.
