Nice position near the train station KL Sentral and in the heart of Little India. A lot of restaurants.

Some sounds, like in the bathroom, a little bit noisy

My 2nd stay here...awesome Location...adjacent to 99 speedmart and plenty of Indian restaurants around, apart from other cuisines...also, extremely close to KL Sentral station. Water bottles, toiletries provided which includes soap for handwash, gel for hair and gel for shower. Nice quality slippers (not the disposable white ones) were provided and also prayer mat (for muslims). Hot shower with great pressure was fantastic. Toilet paper in toilet was provided. AC works fine. TV has few local channels, so useless unless you understand local language. Will definitely be coming back for 3rd time.

No chair in the room. No mini fridge either.

The locality is amazing. Except for a bit of mould in the large room and a few stains on the sheets,, the rooms were very clean. The staff was very helpful. Upon arrival, I found out our room has no windows. All rooms with windows were booked for the night, but they found a solution. One night I spent in the queen room and was moved to the smaller one for the 2nd night (I had to pay the price difference).

The room we were assigned did not have any window, even though there was a window in the pictures. The staff helped us to solve this, though. If you want a room with a window from the get go, you need to mention it in a note during the booking. The larger room was a bit mouldy. The rooms are very small, but manageable. We had 2 large bags and 2 backpacks and managed.

value for money. great location. aircon was good; water heater worked perfectly. there was a refrigerator that worked well. kettle and two glasses were also provided. the room and toilet were also clean.

noises from the corridors / other rooms could be heard very easily, but i guess this is part of the building structure and can't be helped. friends who stayed in other (much more expensive) places in the area (sentral) also faced noise issues from other rooms. The room was a bit cramped but I guess that's more than outweighed by the good price and location.

This hotel really close to the Nu Sentral, walk about 3minutes and you will get there. There are limited parking spot in front of the hotel. You can go to KL Sentral which attached with the Nu Sentral on floor C and you can go anywhere you like using KTM/Monorel/LRT/ETS, really convenience. This hotel has lift so if you carry luggage, you dont have to climb the stairs. The room is good, not too big, a good small which you still can walk around your bed. but for muslim people to pray maybe dont have enough space. hotel also provide 2 small mineral water. bed and pillows are so-so, not really comfy, but not hard too. Aircond is functioning well. TV has limited channel. Wifi is ok, the id and password they write on the receipt so check back your receipt. Toilet is good, functioning hot shower and water pressure is good. they do provide body wash and shampoo. you have to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste. There are many restaurant around this hotel. 7 eleven also around this area and their stock is good, shelves always full. Good value for money.

The room had a window and was overlooking the road and the monorail station but it was very quiet and we could get a good night's sleep. Room was cleaned and bottled drinking water was provided everyday. The hotel had an elevator, so there was no problem getting to the 4th floor where our room was. The staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly.

We came by car to Kuala Lumpur but parking was only available at a nearby hotel at a rate of RM 20.00 a night. If you are lucky, you can get street parking in front of the hotel.

Super comfy beds and amazing location right next to KL Sentral and some good roti places. Staff overcharged for te night but were very professional and dealt with the refund quickly and effectively

When I paid for an extra bed in the room I was offered a mattress on the floor. Didn't take this option as it was for my daughter but they refunded me anyway so not really a negative. Room was too small for another bed so maybe don't offer this as an option.

I went for a week to KL as a solo traveller. When I was looking for a hotel, I didn't really have an understanding of KL city, but it was the top suggested place to stay by booking.com. So without a lot of research, I booked a 7 night stay with them. I still cannot believe my luck. The location is EXCELLENT. I travelled from KLIA airport to KL Sentral by the KL Ekspress train, and the hotel is within walking distance. You can go through KL Sentral to Nu Sentral Mall and ask for the exit to Brickfields. Most local people and security staff will be able to guide you. Even if you don't go through the mall and take the long route around, the distance so still no more than 900 meters. Perfect location 5 minute walk trip KL Sentral and with very nice and welcoming staff, The room rates are excellent. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. I had a wonderful time in Kuala Lumpur and one of the main reasons for that was this hotel.

As always, the location is the best. Close to Monorail Station, KL Sentral. Daily housekeeping. You can always ask them to change the sheets if you are not satisfied with the cleanliness. If the room description includes a minibar, you should ask if your room did not have one. I went to the staff and he literally brought the minibar to my room. For deposit, you have to pay RM50 and in cash only.

The wall is too thin. You can hear everything from the outside and the next room.
