Compact but good room (although no window in mine) (double would be small if for 2 persons) Clean and modern fixtures ,bedding and a good shower Water and cleaning daily if needed. Initially found the location restricted for Western tastes but then located the Monorail 50 mtrs on same side of the road as the hotel direct into Bukit Bintang centre (MYR 2.50) and then all GOKL bus routes for 1 MYR each. Opposite the shopping arcade and Sentral transport hub Skybus is 15 MYR to and from Airport KILA 1&2 to Sentral station (cash only on return)

GOKL buses are not free anymore The cost is small but you have to buy a travel card for 5 MYR and top up a minimum of 25 MYR. Not an issue if in KL for several days and use Monorail regularly (same card) You need to go up and down several escalators through the shopping area to get from Sentral station hub onto the hotel street opposite. Confusing to start (as there are lots of different transport hub options there)

+Excellent location if you're arriving from a late flight or have an early flight in the morning - KLIA departures is just 10-minute walk away +Friendly staff +The room was spacious +Drinking water provided +Gym (even though I didn't get to trying it this time, I appreciate that they had one)

-No soundproofing whatsoever. The windows aren't double glazed so hear all the traffic from outside, including at night. Also, the same extends to hearing noises from other rooms - the people in the room across decided to watch TV quite loud in the middle of the night and it was audible in my room

Location is excellent - right in front of the KL Sentral Station, Room is a bit small but comfortable and neat with proper ventilation and lighting (corner room), not sure about other rooms, AC is okish but noisy.. The roof Top Relaxing space was a good addition for this type of Hotel. Staff was courties and helpful, we once asked for an umberlla after a sudden rainfall and staff provided the same.

Breakfast - not sufficient for anyone who comes to sight see. It was arrange by Coupen for another Bistro. the menu provided as with room charge is very little.. they should provide a good choice..

This hotel is strategically located in the center of KL Sentral Station (Monorail, LRT, KTM, MRT and rapid buses). A very well maintained hotel. The manager and the lady at the front desk were very helpful. They arranged us to check in early and it was a great help to us as we were very tired at the time we reached the hotel. Other staff too were very nice and helpful just like the manager and the lady at front desk. The rooms were somewhat small but ok. The two rooms (303/304) that we were in were very clean and comfortable (only shortcoming was not having a window but that was not a big issue at all). Rooms were cleaned daily and towels were changed everyday, beds were very comfortable and clean. Also they provided toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, shampoo, body lotions, slippers etc. Mineral water was provided everyday. As the hotel is located very closer to KL Sentral Station one could reach any city with ease using either train/bus. Further, NU Sentral Shopping Mall (a mega mall) is located a few meters away from this hotel which has a fantastic food court. A large number of indian restaurants and chinese restaurants are also located in the vicinity. We strongly recommend this hotel as a very convenient and a safe place that provides almost all the facilities that one would expect. When we come to Malaysia again, we would definitely select this hotel.

Nothing major

The location is perfect, just a short minute walk to the Nu Sentral Mall and the KL Sentral station so it's very convenient if you want to tour many places with ease. The WiFi works well, no buffering at all. The rooms were constantly kept clean, everyday, the staff were very friendly, I loved that I was constantly supplied with sachets to make my coffee.. there was a small refrigerator and heater in the room, I was constantly supplied with sachets to make my coffee. Loved the availability of iron boxes on every floor.

It didn't seem like the refrigerator was cooling very well. Tried to store some food which ended up spoiling. I forgot to raise it with the management

The room was really clean, the bed was comfy and it was quiet, we had a good nights sleep before an early start to the airport. A less positive thing is the proximity to the train station, it looks close but isn’t because you can’t walk across the station. Also the shower is in the bathroom as a wet room, I don’t like this but it was functional. Finally worth noting that this is a dry hotel so any thoughts of a beer at sunset on the roof terrace are gone! The staff were lovely and it was great value.

Shahbaz Here, During my stay in Kuala Lumpur, I had a great experience at the hotel. It was not only affordable but also exceptionally clean. A special mention goes to Mr. Khalil, who was incredibly kind and always greeted me with a smile. He went out of his way to assist me whenever I needed help, expecting nothing in return. The hotel is conveniently located right in front of a shopping plaza, making it easy to access major attractions. Brookfield, in particular, is a fantastic spot where you can find everything your family needs at very affordable prices.

The breakfast is quite simple and could be improved. Currently, there are only 3 to 4 options to choose from. Adding more variety would make it more enjoyable and appealing to guests.

The hot water in the shower was working, but it wasn't quite warm enough for my preference. This is the only negative factor i felt.

The hotel is very close to KL Central & NU Sentral Mall and close to brickfield little India there a number of Indian restaurants in malay restaurants along the roadsides and KL mono rail station is just a walk away distance the staffs are really courteous and polite the rooms are really well maintained and this property is a newly refurbished property they have a rooftop garden where you have lounges to rest and a big TV screen ,restroom and gym you can relax evening and the top of the restaurant the staffs are really helpful, there is electric iron box to press your dresses in each floor and they have water dispenser in the second floor Wi-Fi is really good I would definitely recommend this property. if you want to check out late for they charging 10RM per hour which is really worth. They provide 2 water bottles, instant coffee power sachets, water heater kettle, toiletries, towel and refrigerator. Overall I had a pleasant and lovely stay at City Central Hotel KL for 3 nights.

- very near to KL Sentral. - great reception staff. - communication was great. My bus was late so arrived at the hotel at around 115AM, I had called first around 7PM the day before to inform the reception. She was waiting for my check in, after I checked in then she went home. Thanks very much for waiting. Appreciate it. I got upgraded to Family room as double room fully booked. At that time I was scratching head due to the room was so big while I’m only alone 😂😂 but thanks all are good. The AC working, the fridge also working and the mineral water provided is also good. Not to forget the toothbrush and soap provided all was very great. The payment also smooth as can pay using QR/Shopeepay. The hotel did not charged through booking but the booking was confirmed so not to worry. There is also prayer mat provided. And room was super clean.

None this place is the best you can get for KL Sentral area. Lift only a bit slow but I arrived late so no traffic or crowd.
