Compact but good room (although no window in mine) (double would be small if for 2 persons) Clean and modern fixtures ,bedding and a good shower Water and cleaning daily if needed. Initially found the location restricted for Western tastes but then located the Monorail 50 mtrs on same side of the road as the hotel direct into Bukit Bintang centre (MYR 2.50) and then all GOKL bus routes for 1 MYR each. Opposite the shopping arcade and Sentral transport hub Skybus is 15 MYR to and from Airport KILA 1&2 to Sentral station (cash only on return)

GOKL buses are not free anymore The cost is small but you have to buy a travel card for 5 MYR and top up a minimum of 25 MYR. Not an issue if in KL for several days and use Monorail regularly (same card) You need to go up and down several escalators through the shopping area to get from Sentral station hub onto the hotel street opposite. Confusing to start (as there are lots of different transport hub options there)

+Excellent location if you're arriving from a late flight or have an early flight in the morning - KLIA departures is just 10-minute walk away +Friendly staff +The room was spacious +Drinking water provided +Gym (even though I didn't get to trying it this time, I appreciate that they had one)

-No soundproofing whatsoever. The windows aren't double glazed so hear all the traffic from outside, including at night. Also, the same extends to hearing noises from other rooms - the people in the room across decided to watch TV quite loud in the middle of the night and it was audible in my room

I had a great experience at City Sentral Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. A big thank you to Mr. Rizwan at the reception, he was always smiling and very supportive throughout our stay. I requested a hairdryer, and it was delivered to the room within just 5 minutes. Also, a special mention to the roomboy, Sojib, who was very helpful and polite. Excellent service overall. Highly recommended

However, the room and bathroom were quite small and felt a bit cramped. The great service made up for it, but more space would be better.

Location is excellent - right in front of the KL Sentral Station, Room is a bit small but comfortable and neat with proper ventilation and lighting (corner room), not sure about other rooms, AC is okish but noisy.. The roof Top Relaxing space was a good addition for this type of Hotel. Staff was courties and helpful, we once asked for an umberlla after a sudden rainfall and staff provided the same.

Breakfast - not sufficient for anyone who comes to sight see. It was arrange by Coupen for another Bistro. the menu provided as with room charge is very little.. they should provide a good choice..

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel. The staff was really friendly and attentive to our needs. Every day they cleaned the room and restocked the coffee packets, water bottles and toiletries. The hotel is in a strategic location. It is just opposite NU Sentral shopping mall.. Since KL Sentral is just in 2 min walking distance, we had easier transportation options to Batu caves, Genting highlands and around Kaula Lampur city itself. Also a lot of Indian restaurants are nearby.

excellant location, KL sentral station is just across the road with access to LRT, train and buses, KLIA express. easy access to the KL Sentral station, money changers, banks. very good staff . excellant service. very helpful reception. provided us with soft pillows on request. helped with obtaining airport taxis with an efficient guide/ driver. food for breakfast provided at a nearby open air restaurant with multiple set menues. well prepared and clean. excellant staff service. clean room with clean linen. Hot water and A/C good.

room was a bit smaller than expected. however very clean. the lack of a window in room was a drawback

The entire personnel at this hotel is exceptionally friendly - from the receptionists to the room cleaner (especially Kalil, 3rd floor) I can't help to smile when I see them. Location is fantastic right opposite KL Central Station - when you are traveling with a suitcase plus a big bicycle bag this is a huge plus - just take KL Express Train from the Airport, get off at KL Central and walk for 5 to 10 minutes. Perdana Gardens is close by as well - good when you like to go jogging in the morning like I do !

Nothing really anything complain about. Room was a bit on the small side but for 110 Ringit / night in the Center of KL that's absolutely OK !

Super near to the main station, KL Sentral. Only a walk away from mall and public transport, eateries everywhere. Staff very polite and good spoken, fast services especially one of their staff name Sazzat. Very fast doing his job, he assisted us well. I also ordered delivery and was about to go down to pick up at the counter, suddenly he already upstairs! We arrived late night but everyone is still in their good mood doing their jobs. As for me, no booking payment needed and I find that is very convenient. The best thing is I can leave my luggage there even until late night after check out, without extra charge.

The only thing I don’t like is the room floor mosaic very slippery, guests should be super careful after go out from the toilet, or else it could be serious injury. Other than that, the hotel was an excellent stay.

I have only good things to say about this place!! The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very cozy and comfortable. The location is EXCELLENT, right accross the road from KL Sentral Station, and just 2 streets infront of a Thai Massage place. There an amazing burger stall on the corner of the street.

Nothing really. Only thing to note would be our stay was supposed to be bed and breakfast, but we forgot to ask about the breakfast, and I guess they forgot to give it to us. But we left very early in the morning on both days we were there, so this didn't bother us

The location is perfect, just a short minute walk to the Nu Sentral Mall and the KL Sentral station so it's very convenient if you want to tour many places with ease. The WiFi works well, no buffering at all. The rooms were constantly kept clean, everyday, the staff were very friendly, I loved that I was constantly supplied with sachets to make my coffee.. there was a small refrigerator and heater in the room, I was constantly supplied with sachets to make my coffee. Loved the availability of iron boxes on every floor.

It didn't seem like the refrigerator was cooling very well. Tried to store some food which ended up spoiling. I forgot to raise it with the management
