The cozy room boasts a comfortable double bed, single unit wardrobe, practical desk and chair, single-door medium size fridge, and a kettle. While the room and hallway are spotless, there is a faint aroma of second-hand smoke in the air at times. Included in the room are two slightly off-white towels, toilet paper, body soap, and shampoo.

The lack of clean air indoors and towels that don’t look have slight greyish stained patches.

It was 1 night stay, so I don’t mind that the room have no window. I also don’t want to hear noisy vehicles sounds at the busy streets. The refrigerator was big. Spacious room, considering your are in the middle of KL. Muslim friendly, easy to perform your prayer. Room was new, all facilities are well functioning. Mamak restaurants nearby. 2-3 minutes walking to the monorail station, nu sentral (shopping mall) and kl sentral train station.

The moment we arrived, we were greeted by the hotel staffs. They have great hospitality and services!! Location wise is very good as its a short walking distance to the KL Sentral Monorail plus it's surrounded by food places/convenience shops and many more. Right in front of the hotel, also have leg massage services. The hotel do have laundry services just right beside the hotel. Love their mini garden at level 5. Can relax and enjoy smoking sessions. Overall, we have a super great stay. Definitely will come back here again if i got the chance.

Sad part is there is no soundproofing rooms. If traveling with children, need to tone down as the noise can travel out till the lift area of the level you are staying.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel from Nov 12 to 16. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive and helpful. The rooms were spotless. The location is unbeatable—right near NU Sentral Mall and KL Sentral station, which connects to so many transportation options. The only downside was the breakfast arrangement. We expected a buffet at the hotel's restaurant but were given vouchers to dine at a nearby restaurant instead. The menu had only six options, and you could choose just one unless you paid extra. The food was traditional Malay breakfast, which was too spicy for our taste—especially first thing in the morning. Aside from that, everything was perfect. I'd give it a 10/10 if not for the breakfast. However, I’d still 100% recommend this hotel if the breakfast setup isn't a concern.

The hotel is in a very handy location, close to public transport, shopping plazas, Little India. The airport train will take you within walking distance to the hotel. It is also a very clean hotel and that adds to the overall comfort.

You need to remember most of the rooms don't have windows but that is made clear from the start. In the case of the room I had, my suggestion would be not to use the AC because it is right above the bed and it tends to give you a chill. There is a fan which is better alternative.

The location was great you are near the most central train station so that means you can easily access all main parts of the city. We were prioritizing location over quality so this worked out very well for us. Can't emphasise enough how great the location is. The staff were very friendly. There was a laundry service next door which is decently priced and easy to use but required cash to pay (no card) so we didn't end up using it.

The breakfast wasn't up to par. It had few options, was a very small quantity and truly an acquired taste given that it was Indian breakfast foods. However the location meant it was super easy to supplement the breakfast with something else. Regarding the room, having a room without a window was very disorienting and in the room we got the shower was quite closely above the toilet.

Room Size and Amenities: As a budget hotel, room sizes may be smaller compared to higher-end accommodations. rooms lack windows and have limited amenities, such as toiletries. Inconsistent Water Pressure: low water pressure in the showers throughout the stay.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. They could not do enough to make your stay perfect. Five star customer service. Modern hotel. Clean room. Good location.

I believe the bottom of the room door could have some insulation fitted to it. At present light from the corridor can be seen from the bottom of the room door. This gap under the bottom of the door allows noise from outside the room to penetrate into the room. A small point but this could make a good nights sleep possible without noise from other people outside the room in the corridor.

The hotel is very clean and neat. The bed was comfortable with clean linnen. Offering daily housekeeping. The housekeeper is a very nice and helpful guy. The hotel is located right next to the KL Sentral shopping mall where the momorail train station is. The train system is extremely convenient to travel to all major attractions and all parts of the city including the Batu caves, Petronas Towers and the airport.

I would have easily given the hotel 10 out of 10 if it wasn't for the limited shelving and working space in the room/bathroom.

Very spacious & clean room. The mattress was firm but comfortable to my liking. The bathroom was clean & spacious The staff was very caring & attentive. They let me check 2 hrs before scheduled time. I extended the stay for another day & it was very easy process.

Decor- The lights were very bright in the room. There is no reading light in the room. I stayed in the room 404. The window overlooked the MTR platform. I had to keep the curtains closed. The bathroom sink had no place to put your own toiletries.
