The cozy room boasts a comfortable double bed, single unit wardrobe, practical desk and chair, single-door medium size fridge, and a kettle. While the room and hallway are spotless, there is a faint aroma of second-hand smoke in the air at times. Included in the room are two slightly off-white towels, toilet paper, body soap, and shampoo.

The lack of clean air indoors and towels that don’t look have slight greyish stained patches.

It was 1 night stay, so I don’t mind that the room have no window. I also don’t want to hear noisy vehicles sounds at the busy streets. The refrigerator was big. Spacious room, considering your are in the middle of KL. Muslim friendly, easy to perform your prayer. Room was new, all facilities are well functioning. Mamak restaurants nearby. 2-3 minutes walking to the monorail station, nu sentral (shopping mall) and kl sentral train station.

Perfect location, right by KL sentral for lots of public transport connections and a mall which includes a supermarket. The staff are very friendly and the room was comfortable.

The door to the corridor is paper thin/you hear everything that's happening in the corridor. A toilet brush would make a great addition. I didn't get my 2 bottles of water and didn't make a fuss, to save plastic I refilled at a water station I saw by the stairs - one a member of staff saw me use it, the next time I passed the area, it had been moved away, which was odd and felt passive-aggressive, someone could've just told me if it was meant for staff only.

The location so close to KL Sentral Station is wonderful. You just walk up one little alleyway to your right, then up an escalator to the overbridge to cross the main road, or to take the Monorail. If going to KL Sentral you follow the markings on the floor- up one more level and straight through Nu Sentral Mall. The front of house staff are very kind, and friendly, as is typical of Malaysia. There is a lift to access higher floors. The room, although on the small side, which we already knew when we booked, was attractive and clean. No window, but lighting was adequate ( not good for reading in bed). There was a fridge, tea and coffee, kettle and decent sized coffee mugs. The bed was a little bit too hard, but that is the standard in Malaysia and we adjusted. It was no trouble to request an extra pillow. We would stay here again. Very good value for our money we thought.

The breakfast was a coupon for an establishment down the alleyway and we felt unwelcome and the food was minimal. After that first experience we went elsewhere for breakfast.

The moment we arrived, we were greeted by the hotel staffs. They have great hospitality and services!! Location wise is very good as its a short walking distance to the KL Sentral Monorail plus it's surrounded by food places/convenience shops and many more. Right in front of the hotel, also have leg massage services. The hotel do have laundry services just right beside the hotel. Love their mini garden at level 5. Can relax and enjoy smoking sessions. Overall, we have a super great stay. Definitely will come back here again if i got the chance.

Sad part is there is no soundproofing rooms. If traveling with children, need to tone down as the noise can travel out till the lift area of the level you are staying.

We had a great experience staying at this hotel from Nov 12 to 16. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive and helpful. The rooms were spotless. We expected a buffet at the hotel's restaurant but were given vouchers to dine at a nearby restaurant instead. The menu had only six options, and you could choose just one unless you paid extra. The food was traditional Malay breakfast, which was too spicy for our taste—especially first thing in the morning. Aside from that, everything was perfect. I'd give it a 10/10 if not for the breakfast. However, I’d still 100% recommend this hotel if the breakfast setup isn't a concern.

All the staff were super friendly. The lady who checked up in was very kind and informed us where the nearest bank was since were didn't have cash in hand. Everytime we left or return to the hotel, staff would greet us each time and often asked if we needed anything for our room (extra mineral water, room service, etc) Location wise, it's barely a five minute walk to the monorel station and it's very close to NU Sentral+KL sentral so it's pretty strategic!

It might be since we are in the middle of the city but at night we could hear the sound of the club next door but it wasn't unbearable since we did sleep pretty well. In the mornings, you can hear the sound of the monorail's announcement system going on but since we didn't really stay during the day, it didn't really bother us.

I had a great stay at Cozy Hotel. The location is good — just a 10-minute walk from KL Sentral, which made getting around the city and to the airport super convenient. Despite being close to plenty of restaurants, it was surprisingly quiet at night, so I slept well. The room is functional and clean, with everything you need: A comfy bed, TV (although, only local channels, Netflix would have been nice), small desk, refrigerator, and an en-suite bathroom with shower. The staff were all smiles, friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was included in my booking and served at a nearby Indian restaurant just around the corner. I had the Roti Canai with a cup of chai — simple but delicious. Would definitely stay here again!

Very good clean room. I think it was good value price-wise. I’ve stayed in another hotel in the area (similar price point) and cozy hotel is definitely cleaner and more spacious. It’s a great location.

Unfortunately there is no sound proofing and there were some very noisy guests on my floor. I was woken at 6am by someone blasting music, kept awake til 2am by screaming kids and woken early by the same kids the next morning. The parents seemed totally oblivious that there were other people nearby (that’s not the hotels fault) but bring earplugs!

The location was great you are near the most central train station so that means you can easily access all main parts of the city. We were prioritizing location over quality so this worked out very well for us. Can't emphasise enough how great the location is. The staff were very friendly. There was a laundry service next door which is decently priced and easy to use but required cash to pay (no card) so we didn't end up using it.

The breakfast wasn't up to par. It had few options, was a very small quantity and truly an acquired taste given that it was Indian breakfast foods. However the location meant it was super easy to supplement the breakfast with something else. Regarding the room, having a room without a window was very disorienting and in the room we got the shower was quite closely above the toilet.
