Absolutely amazing stay here. The host is so accommodating. The view is spectacular 😍 the room is clean and neat and looks quite new. Would 100% stay here everytime I travel to KL.

the lifts take some time,there's some smell in the drains where the table n chairs to wait for check in.security was not that friendly some don't understand Enlish but speaking local dialect.confusing me,I had to call the host to help open the glass door cos the guard refuse to open,when he knew at first I came out from the building,told him I forgot my access card,left it in the apartment. "Get your crad"" it's in the apartment u understand?access card is for the lift scanner.room door is numbering,dont forget to remember d numbers or get the host,keep it in your phone WhatsApp. Guy!!

Very practical, affordable and clean place to stay at Nu Sentral. 10 minutes walk to numerous restaurants, convenience stores, mall, metro etc. Very spacious airy room with all needed facilities and comforts. Kitchenware and utensils are a bonus.

No house keeping. For any problem or query, we have to what's app or email. That can be very irritating at times if u want something from the host. Hot water during shower is an area of concern. .

Cute room, amazing view A little sad the Pool closes at 7pm already but it opens at 8am again and it has an amazing view and some relaxing possibilities- I was worried about the check in since I came after the regular check in time. But there was someone at the front desk to give me the key for the elevator and I already did a pre check in to get my door code. I would recommend since the price is not high and you get to use their pool and have a modern room with ac. It’s close to Sentral Metro station.

It would be nice if the property could reply to text through booking - I don’t know they were operational the given phone number via what’s app so I tried to text them a sms which didn’t work. Once you text them through what’s app late check in is actually very easy and self explaining.

The location is excellent. I took a train from the airport to KL Sentral Station and it was an easy 10 minute walk to the property through the Brickfields area. It is easy to get around on the train to visit different parts of town. Next to the station is Nu Sentral mall, which is a great place to enjoy some air conditioning and grab a meal. The food court has great affordable Indian food and I went there almost every day. Checking in went smoothly and the staff at the building are friendly and efficient. The room is clean and modern and the bed is comfortable. The view from the 30th floor is awesome. You get a sweeping view to the east overlooking KL Hokkien graveyard and Thean Hou Temple, which is lit up at night. The apartment has a kitchenette with a full size fridge. I felt right at home during my stay and would love to stay here again. The laundry area is on the 30th floor so very clost to the room. Next to the laundry is one air-conditioned hang out room and a larger open air sitting area. This area is facing the opposite direction of the room windows so between the two you get an excellent view of the entire area.

The building is over 50 stories high and the 5 elevators get very busy. The room is on the 30th floor so taking the stairs isn't really an option. I was there for one week and there were multiple times when I had to wait up to 10 minutes for an elevator. The pool area closes long before dark so you can't watch the sunset from the roof area. The few times I did make it up to the pool, it was pretty crowded and I didn't stick around. These are really minor complaints though, and didn't really detract from my stay at all.

Our kids loved the pool (except the early close time), location is great, the view astonishing and the rooms were exceptionally clean and well equipped

Due to the size of the building and the few lifts, sometimes the wait to get in a lift can be more than 10 minutes. Be mindful of this with checkout. We organised to leave our bags in our room (at an extra cost) and when we went to pick them up it took 25mins for the bags to be brought down to the foyer, so we nearly missed our train. Not a problem if you allow for this extra time though

Great central location close to the central train station and the monorail, easy to get around and very quick to come from the airport. Good laundry facilities, amazing view from the rooftop pool. Very good price for what you get.

Check in process was more convoluted and harder than most bookings as one had to go through their process which wasn't very efficent. It was a surprise that I was sleeping on a sofa bed rather than a normal one. I probably should have paid a bit more for a more standard room, but if one is a back packer this would be a step up from a hostel.

Location is excellent. The facility is pretty good with beautiful rooftop swimming pool with a view, Laundromat with spacious waiting area and the Gym, etc. it is value for the money.

Perhaps Because it is already so good, the service quality of the staff is a that of complacency. We asked simple question on carpark access card, the front desk staff refused to answer and told us to ask our booking agent as it is their job to explain, he said. Microwave / iron are provided in the room but there is no power point on the nearby wall to use them ( lucky we had extension chord ourselves otherwise you got to shift the entire oven to window-side dining table for the power) The corridor in front of our room was trashy. The location is good but it is near the huge hokkien cemetary though we were fine.

Wonderful stay - I rarely give a 10. The apartment was spotlessly clean, fully equipped, and thoughtfully designed with practical yet stylish touches that made it feel really comfortable. Everything was provided for a comfortable stay. The infinity pool on 53A was a standout feature – ideal for a swim with great views. Only about 10 minutes from KL Sentral, the whole of Malaysia awaits you. Navigating the payment and check in process seemed convoluted but was actually seamless.
