I booked a normal single person room but I got a better room at the same rate without extra charges. Thumbs up for the free upgrade. 6. Rooms are clean enough.

1. Slow WiFi. That's all. 2. Room views from the windows just "meh?!". 3. A single lift is available. So, waiting for a lift is slow when the traffic is a bit high.

I like the room is very cleannn! Its small but very nice! Few mins walk to NU sentral entrance.

Requested for room service twice. But they didnt clean the room as expected. But it was fine.

Location wise is great. Near Nu Sentral and KL Sentral. Also easily access to LRT, MRT, KTM and ERL. Room is clean and staff is nice too.

Hotel area are quite dark and less people. Just be more extra careful if you walk at night alone.

Really clean, nice and comfy bed. The table is really utilized and bathroom is really clean.

Since I am really tall (180cm) so that my feet are exceed bedside Also some night there will be random firecracker sound which make i wake during midnight to 1am

I was refused an extra towel for my hair. A bit mean. Staff not particularly friendly, or helpful. If you travel with big luggage you are going to struggle for space.

The hotel is in a walking distance from KL Sentral / NU Sentral. Just a few blocks away from the KL Sentral Monorail and Tun Sambanthan Monorail stations. There are convenience stores in front of the hotel (7-11) and local stores nearby. There are many restaurants that you can have. Though the room is small, the bed is comfy, WIFI is excellent, and the bathroom is okay.

There's certain aspects need improvement, like maintenance of bathroom, some have broken cabinets under the sink, and some TV has no channels at all.

Friendly staff They clean the room and cottage covers every 2 days Just in center of Little India 5 mins walk to MRT Post checkout you can keep your luggage and roam around.

Bathroom size is bit small but manageable. No windows or ventilation inside the room

Everything was nice just the external view was not pleasant..but when I entered the hotel it was 360 degrees different

At night when I was at the lobby I could see through the glass doors a few groups..was worried on the safety..but otherwise everything was good

Good position near Sentral, on main street, so easy to find, and reception with no problem.

I couldnt close window in the room, so you hear the noises from street, but after while you can get used to, and at night it was surprisingly quite outside.
