Not working ceiling fan (not a fan of 24/7 airconditoner), balcony lamp not working. Kinda expensive. Malfunctioning shower water heater (got myself a first degree burn on my chest, malfunction in the middle of my shower. I slow it down to get my toothbrush n resume showering by adjusting the speed).

The room is big, suitable for 4 people. All the facilities mentioned were there. At first, it was quite confusing to find the main entrance to the block since there were many blocks. But in the end of it, it was not that hard.

The price in booking.com is different compared to the price you need to pay. They added rm50++ for the cleaning service and the taxes. Where if you book hotel, everything is included, no extra fees. So bear in mind about that.

2025. I was scared of how negative the reviews were. But I already booked before watching the reviews so I'm lazy to cancelled. It's really worth the price. I was scared becaue it was pretty cheap for it. But overall it's great. Nothing from the negative reviews I encounter. Except the bathroom is slippery and a little bit smelly. It's near the mall and the mall is great. Many playground and many places to look at. Scenery is great. I'm at floor 24 iirc and the scene is beautiful

Toilet is slippery and a little bit smelly, there's perfume but it's not effective at all. I dunno if it's ventilation problem because it's smelly when I came in and still smelly after family take turns taking shower

Best spot. really near with all facilities (restaurants, mart, laundry machine) and also just a walking distance to icity theme park.

cleanliness can be improve as we need to sweep the floor once we arrived. also lots of ants on the kitchen sink. recommendation: can put more cloth / towel hanger in the toilet.

The bathroom had a foul odor and there was no dustpan but a broom stick. How was I supposed to collect the dirt??? Other than that the place was amazing

Very cheap. Its a very good place to stay for a long trip. I really recommend it. Wifi good. Swimming pool got a very pretty view.

The tv is small and I rarely use it. Hopefully can upgrade so customer can enjoy watching youtube and netflix. The swimming pool water a bit dirty and smelly. Seems like its not cleaned regularly but still it is good.

I like the concept which Complete with shopping and entertainment place. Lighting night views are awesome. My friends from Indonesia love this package so much😊

The room has a lot hanging place except in the toilet. Difficult to hanging towel in toilet. A bit confuse with the switch since there are lot of switch. Maybe need to label between lamp and fan and toilet lamp.

The service is very good, the TV cannot connect to the wifi, the staff are very nice and quickly come up to help us fix it, the air conditioner in the room is very cold, the service is really good 👍👍👍 I will stay here next time😉

The cleanliness of the room needs to be improved. The roof of the toilet needs to be cleaned. There is a condo under the bed 🤣. There are some problems with the door lock and the balcony door cannot be locked. I hope that the next time I visit, there is room for improvement. Thank you ！

Easy to follow the staff's instructions. The location given through the maps also accurate and I find it easy to reach there using the location link given. The PIC also give us clear direction on how to check into our rooms. The room is clean and comfortable. Overall, GREAT STAY!
