Variety choices for breakfast . Delicious. The room & toilet are very clean. The receptionist is very polite. He fulfilled my request to get adjoining rooms for my family.

No ironing tools in the room. You need to ask or request during check in.

Travel with 1 kid. Choose this hotel because it is reasonably priced during the school break and offers a complimentary waterpark ticket. The best part is that the waterpark and night time I-City amusement park are easily accessible, just a short stroll from the hotel. Free parking. The room is good enough for my needs, but the pillow is not comfortable/cozy. The toilet is clean. TV channels are varied and have choices for kids. Breakfast is good and have choice for my kid like waffle, pancake & cereal. It is recommended to stay with your kids. The staff is very helpful and friendly!

Strategic location to the waterpark and i-city attractions. Acceptable price for the service provided. Room I was provided had a great view. My go to place when I bring my family to have fun at i-city.

Breakfast could be better. Not terrible but not great either. Offers huge round tables which limits the number of seating (unless table is shared among more than 1 group). Omelette and noodle station not manned during my visit. Slightly below average choices of food.

Staff was nice and friendly! Food was a lot spicy and some were frozen during sahur time but when I complained, the next day was getting better. Thirdly, in a theme park, such a great choice!! But get prepared to spend a lot on their games since it is really an attraction and fun!

Only Parking issue. Stayed for four days with the car, and was told only during check out to give the T&G card to ensure refund on car park charges during the stay, but only last day car park charges were refunded. The previous charges when in and out were charged and borne by us. For two days in a row RM20 losses were borne by us.

Love its ambient, food and surrounding. The staff also friendly. Once check in, a chinese guy staff was really helpful, then when check out a Sabah guy staff also very polite and helpful. Its breakfast is the best. I recommend others to book with breakfast, plus its time for breakfast is until 10.30am, which is longer than other hotels that I have been to. For parking, it is free, the hotel will stamp entry ticket to get free parking, please ask them if you want to know about it, don't simply judge and say there is no free parking. Thanks for a good experience. Surely I love to repeat this staycation.

Can offer buffet dinner with less pricy as a package. Please renovate shower wall or change its color to upgrade, so it will look new and clean.

The front desk was friendly. We booked 6 rooms for our family staycation. Requested that the rooms to be near to each other and we got all rooms on the same floor. Requested all rooms to have view of i-city and we got 4 rooms with the view which we were grateful. What we like most was the free tickets to the i-city water world (the kids were vey happy - the hotel provide 2 day access) and the variety of buffet breakfast which was delicious!

The building seems old, but with what we paid, we are satisfied with this hotel.

Check in was fast and efficient. Room is clean and tidy Bedding clean & comfortable. TV programs and signal good. Breakfast was good and quite many choices for the price paid Parking is easy & ample. Staffs were friendly and courteous

The view from room 901. You can only see the roof of shop lots and nearby houses. The bath towels do need to be replaced soon,

Had a problem with my booking but Amir assist me for my booking confirmation and hes very attentive about it . During check in we were greeted by ashraf and he was so nice and informative about our room and the facilities in the hotel . Till the end we were greeted by chen for breakfast and check out . Soo far the staff there was soo nice which made the day soo special for us family

The towels were grey but luckily we had our own i hope this can be improved

1) location was very strategic. near Central Icity..just 5-7mins walking distance. 2) breakfast was good. 3) room comfortable. tv channel was good. the aircond just nice..not to cold..they provide slippers too. 4) the toilet also nice. complete amenities. toothbrush, soap, etc..hairdryer function very well. 5) iron & ironboard just outside the rooms and there are few of it, so no need to hustle with other guest. 5) the lobby is clean. the staff very friendly. got very nice little cafe. 6) easy access to parking.

1) shower.its hard to get the warm temperature. either its too hot or too cold. i dont know the other rooms la..but mine work like that maybe management can do something bout it.
