i was inform by the apps that the price for the room is RM 97.54 but when i was there, i was shocked when the host said i need to pay RM 148.39 because i already prepared the exact amount that has been informed to me before but i need to go out again n cash out the extra payment that have not being told earlier.

The location is strategic, easy access to the mall and convenient shop. The staff has send a good communication before, during and after my stay guide me how to check-in and checkout correctly.

The house is clean but the facility need to have some makeover like paperwall and window shutter at bathroom. The air circulation in the bathroom also need to be improve because it's give you unpleasant smell.

the apartment was nice and cozy. i wish i could stay longer to explore the place as the apt only above the icity mall. bonus for girls: they provide long mirror in living room and mirror in bathrooms also quite big. the bed was comfy. my unit has 1 double bed and 2 single beds. sofa bed dah rosak sikit so sakit badan nak tidur. pics below are view from my unit

the lights in living room was quite dim as it’s yellow colour so it’s hard for my MUA to put on the right foundation that suits my skintone. showerhead in master bedroom is low pressure and there were cockroaches in master bedroom.

Helpful host. House very clean. Strategic location which is near by shopping mall. Just walking distance. At ground floor got a lot of attractive game for kids, shop, laundry, and restaurants . Valueable stay cation with big family

You have to go down to pick up your family member. They should give 2 card for lift.

The comfort level, safety and host assistance is very good. As a first time user I can say that they are ready to reach out to provide answer for any inquiries.

Tbh, nothing other than they need to change the iron board because that one already bended in the middle part

Everything was good. Comfort stay and feel like a home instead of stay. Got netflix provided so no need to log in mine. All kitchenware provided. Nice and great location. Easy check in and check out. Just got ant if food is exposed but yes you got the fridge so no problem. Everything was nice. Definitely will stay again..

The room is clean and well equipped. Located close enough to shopping complex, eateries and entertainment outlets. The room rate is also cheaper to other accommodations in the area.

The wardrobe sliding door is not working. Other than that, it is good.

I like the property because it’s close to UITM, which is convenient for my younger sister’s convocation.

What I didn’t like about the property is that the towel rail in the bathroom was already loosened, and when we arrived to check in, the floor was a bit oily, probably from mopping.

The host who provide the key he doesn't know english we were faced difficulty at the time 1st issue we faced .even we conveyed who know the language he speaks, he way of replied is rude this is the major issue we faced

Friendly host, really kind of him to prepare earlier check-in for some units upon my request as we booked 5 units. Clear guide and easy check-in process. Reasonable price for a 1-night stay with all facilities provided in the house. Strategic location. Pintu rumah super canggih also. Mantap!
