Overall everything was great. From the view, the facilities, and even the room itself is very great and mesmerizing.

The iron provided is not hot enough. Probably can change to a new one or a bigger one.

-clean -helpful staff... it's will be good if they added minerals water, tea, coffee, nescafe or milo sachet.spoon and slipper should be added too.. overall i will give 5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟... i love the smell of body shower gel..

no free parking... i cancelled double tree by hilton because they don't have free parking(someone said its RM20++) ... end up i have to pay parking here too 😂😂😂 its RM16 btw... i don't mind but for someone who looking for free parking i hope this will help you when you choose where to stay...

The unit is very clean, comfy and elegant.

Quite a hassle to check in. Need to park car quite far. Deposit via bank transfer while waiting inside the car. Finding the location also troublesome even maps took me to the wrong building.

Good place only came to sleep peaceful sleep

Should have at least a carpet for kids to sleep on for family wt many children. Or perhaps toto/ comforter for children. Promoted ur place to my Singapore relatives but they have like 7 family members.. need extra comforters to sleep on in front of tv area.

The facilities were ok, lots of convenience stores. It's easy to access to go to the mall. Their bathroom was clean and the bed was so comfy! The person who guides us is friendly and helpful. The air conditioning was ok. Their service was nice.

Lots of ants even tho in the bathroom. The washing machine got stuck (The door lock needs to be fixed). The channel tv wasn't good but they informed us about it before. (I suggest changing it to smart tv pls hahaha) because the wifi is good tho 😭👍. Hope to be back with improvements ☺️

everything was amazing! from the room itself to the host, Mr Ken! i was so excited when i saw the room (it was a loft!) and the price was so good for the place! everything was there, including a kitchen where you can cook and a big fridge too! will definitey stay here again whenever i get the chance. Mr Ken was such a great host and made me feel so welcomed. and he wasn’t fussy at all even when i asked to check out a little bit later and even asked me to enjoy the facilities. absolutely recommended, 11/10!

The Host really nice, easy to communicate. Super cozy studio apartment with super comfy bed and quiet environments made my exhausting day feel likes home. Surely recommend this place and repeat my stay.
