This hotel is very close to the Shah Alam hospital. It is very convenient for us to go in the early morning. The car park for hotel guests was reserved and convenient. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Very efficient

The toilet door is already dented and the aircond remote control is not functioning .

I like the facilities such as pantry, piano, surau and landskap was so amazing. I was shock that we can eat all the food in the pantry whereas no other hotel would do that. The staff also friendly. I regret that stayed for short term only.

I get room with broken door, although stranger cannot open it but still the door open a bit and others can hear our voice. I hope hotel would fix this matter soon.

I highly recommended this property. even the room slightly small but its well clean and maintain and no smell at all. free flow bread with jam and butter available together with maggie, coffee and tea. surrounded with a lot of shop and restaurants.

No windows.. i feel that Booking.com should be more specific when describing the features or facilities for specific rooms. i.e. windowed or not and for windowed room the rate is different etc or perhaps i I had missed the details while booking the room? Oh well... .

Pantry facility with complementary light food/drink supply. -Big wash room compared to other budget hotel.

No cupboard. -Relatively small space on (family room)

The hotel's location is convenient and close to my meeting place. Getting breakfast is straightforward because the "medan selera" is in front of the hotel.

Clean and near with shop for shopping.

Need improvement fr the counter person focus when given a key with visitor and correct room number. Disapointed someone is knock the door at 5.00am ...due and error done by counter person.

I made a mistake when i booked the room. The stuff upgraded me to the better room, cause they have seen that i was disapointed with my booking. Thank you so much. Excellent service.
