The breakfast spread was good as there was a wide variety. The Manager in charge was very friendly and helpful. We upgraded the room to premium. Room was big and bed was comfortable. However pillows were too soft for us. We asked for firmer pillows and the staff sent to us same day. In general, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Our stay is comfortable and wonderful.

There is no free parking within the vicinity. We still have to pay RM5 per entry. If we drive in and out of the hotel a few times a day, that will cost us quite a bit.

Reception is very slow and can be more succinct in their communication. Staff forgot to mention breakfast timings, wifi passwords, also did not put our 2 rooms we booked together. Was on a level 10 floors away. Shopping center nearby was a bit disappointing. Nothing much sold except food and some clothing/ household stuff. Limited range of brands. Breakfast past 1030am - cold eggs (precooked) left on table to retrieve yourself. Bacon is not very nice. Far from KLCC (45min by car) and bigger malls. Not near metro to go to KLCC.

The service at the hotel was absolutely first-class. Everything went smoothly, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel arranged transportation from the airport to the hotel for our employee, which made the arrival very easy and hassle-free. The breakfast was tasty and varied, with options to suit many preferences. There was also a shopping mall nearby, which made running errands easy and convenient – a great bonus for a business traveler. Based on our experience, we will book a room at this hotel again on our next trip to Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended!

As a return customer, we have always love the location of the hotel as it is accessible to the mall and theme parks. The amenities in the hotel are superb. Hotel rooms were clean and smelled good. The staff on the ground floor was extremely great. During our check in, your front desk officer, Cheryl, was very helpful and friendly. Regarding the hotel. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and close to the mall.

I booked through Booking.com and paid the full amount through the website. When I arrived for check-in, the staff asked me for a security deposit. I paid the amount, and upon checking out, a portion of the deposit was deducted, citing tourist taxes. This means there were hidden fees not disclosed on Booking.com. Additionally, they asked me to pay a small amount for parking, which was also a hidden fee. It feels like they're dealing with me in a murky way rather than transparency

Comfortable bed, friendly and helpful staffs. The warm cookies given during check in was a bonus.

At first, we were given an adjoining room. It was good but our next door neighbour was very noisy at night and disturbed our sleep. The next day, the hotel staffs offered to change our room when we gave the feedback upon their enquiry. The new room was very quiet and comfortable. We appreciated their action. Hopefully they will be able to fix the sound issue in a near future.

Located just next to Central I-City Mall and within walking distance to the I-City theme park, this hotel is perfect for families on a leisure trip. I stayed here for my UiTM convocation, and it was incredibly convenient—just a 10-minute drive to UiTM’s campus. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, and the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a convenient, family-friendly stay.

Breakfast was not very satisfyingly hot drinks that have been cold, food that lacks flavor and desserts that have been served are cold. Television in a room that cannot be paired with a smartphone and has no connection to the internet for interesting stories such as Netflix, YouTube and etc.

Stay 1 night for anniversary celebration. 1 week before check in i email the hotel asking about price for decoration & cake(for anniversary), the staff told me that i need to pay RM100 for that purpose. I decide not to proceed with the decoration plan & cake. So i just pay for the room only. But I'm surprised to see a piece of cake on the table when entered the room after check in. The hotel made a surprise for our special day 😍 thank you so much & it's definitely worth stay for us. Variety of food during breakfast & strategic location near i city mall. Bed was very comfy too
