Location and friendly Staff including Reception and Security

Management ought to look into the Guest Particulars Registration. Not my first time visiting but I was requested to update my email and phone number upon checkin. Earlier reasons by Front Desk was “system still upgrading”, reason for this trip was “because you are using 3rd party system (implied Booking.com) If hotel unable to link registration information to their Front Desk, it will be just one time data update by Guests, but I have been staying few times and never stopped entering my personal particulars………judging by the front Desk Statement & Tone, was it my fault using 3rd Party Booking Platform? If such a case the Hotel may consider not advertising through 3rd Party platform.

..room.. nothing much la.. stayed there many times... standard clean expected... bed.. good.. room service nice ... excellent service.. they care for the detail.. aye.. make you feel like home.. breakfast wonderful.. as usual.. Malaysian cuisine.. can only say..best and best...Dorsett did a good job.. enjoyed breakfast so much it took care of my lunch too... but must tell you.. its puasa month.. the nightly atmosphere for the buka puasa dinner is fantastic, music.. happiness afloat.. traditional feel.. even a vespa was brought in.... with the kampung houses for photo shoot... it brought to live the Malay Culture.. dont stay in your room.. hang out at the lobby...

Convenient to the place where I was going.

There was a big group tour about 300 pax. When we go for for 1st day breakfast, there was no seat and we have to wait. After waiting for 15 mins, we decided to take just a plate of food and a cup of coffee, went upstairs to seat. After eating we have to leave for a seminar. We paid RM50 for the breakfast but we cannot enjoy the breakfast. When there is a very big group, the hotel should allocate a special room for them so that other customers can enjoy their bfast because the seating capacity is limited.

The room was as described, and everything functioned well. Whatever amenities needed was provided in the room, i.e. an iron, a robe, and even a coffee machine (nice touch!).The variety of food for breakfast was good, although no different between the days I was there. The Club Lounge was excellent, offering evening tea/cocktails and a nice respite after a full day of work outside, with a nice ambience.

The facilities seemed a little dated but still well maintained. There bidet wasn't functioning well and could not be used without creating a huge leak.

The hotel was great. The location of the hotel being outside the city meant we where close to friends and family. We hired two adjoining rooms, so the kids where separate from us but linked. So really easy to be together. The rooms where spacious and very clean. The swimming pool was great, the staff at the hotel were friendly and very helpful. The food at the hotel was great and easily accessible from room service to the restaurants. The breakfast was very good with a variety mixed dishes. The beds and rooms where very clean, comfortable and a pleasure to be in. I will definitely stay hear again in the future. Top top hotel. Thanks for all your service and help over Christmas and the new year everyone. X

Well it looks like it's been quite a while since the hotel did their renovation.. the room and the common area looks old and been there for ages.. there is a bit of a smell in the toilets and one can hear the water flows inside or down below the WC occasionally, and what's worst you can hear the outside the room very clearly which in other means people out there can hear me very clearly as well..

I've always enjoyed the hospitality and warmth the hotel has to offer. I would like to especially thank Shafiq (Front Desk / Concierge) who is so attentive to our needs. He always ensures that my child is attended to and taken care of while I attend matters. This is the most recommended hotel in Selangor. It's located strategically and there are a good variety of shops around the vicinity.

Overall everything is very beautiful. I was very impressed when I see the lobby, hallway and the room. The room is very comfy, especially the lazy sofa (?). Wifi was given during check in, the internet was good. The staffs were very helpful. I called to request some cutlery and for a trolley. Both request waa granted right away. Love the hospitality. The location is great too. There are convenient stores near the hotel, so easy to buy stuffs we want. There are also many good restaurants nearby. Can order foodpanda without waiting for too long.

The toilet and shower room that I got was a bit poorly maintained. Looks a bit dirty, broken tile in some places. Not very bad, but I would expect better from a hotel of this level. One of the elevators was also seems like it is poorly maintained. It gives a weird sound and shakes a bit it kinda scary. We need to pay the parking per entry. I don’t mind the fee because it’s not that expensive. However I think it’s a bit unacceptable for a hotel of this level for not being able to provide a free parking space for the guest.

We stayed twice as we were really comfortable here. Hôtel has maintained its grand old elegance. A little dated but full of character. The smell when you enter is fresh and inviting. The staff were super helpful The room was spacious with very comfy beds, great shower/ hot water, cool aircon and fresh linen

Location and easy access to car park. Rooms in new wing are nicer compared to the old wing, as mentioned by some of our friends who were there at the same time.

Maintenance check between guests was not done so shower head sliding down the pole and slightly unhinged wardrobe doors was an issue we had to live with. Room had particles of dust visible despite being cleaned daily. Needed a good spring cleaning.
