The room is very clean and comfortable. There are many parking lots available beside the boutique hotel even when we checked in at 10pm. The parking lots are FOC. You need to press and get the parking card at the parking lot entry. Then, you show the parking card at the reception of the boutique hotel. The staff will issue you a small note (to be given to the parking lot guard) to waive the parking lot payment. Very smooth check in process as well.

I love how very clean everything in my room is, especially the toilet and the bed! The shower water is powerful! I love it! The reception staffs are friendly and approachable. The location is walking distance to Sunway Pyramid. The car park is available also.

The shower area can be given a shower curtain to make sure water will not splash on to other areas. The room is very small. If you bring big cargo bag, it will be hard to spread it open.

The hotel room is suitable for one person, especially if you're out all day and just need a place to sleep at night. Don't expect too much — it's basic but enough for short stays.

It is very near Sunway Mall, walking distance about 2 mins. However, you need to walk through the "scuzzy" location. But once you reach, it is all good!

Overall, I had a good experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-located. I slept so well and the shower was fantastic. The staff members were very accommodating.

I did encounter one issue with a member of the staff. The Malay lady at the front desk was quite rude and unfriendly, which was disappointing. Aside from this, my stay was pleasant, and I would recommend this hotel to others.

hotel was really near to Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall. room was small but adequate and clean. apart from the hotel, the rest of the 5 to 6 shoplots are either barbershop or mamak stalls. 99 convenience store is just behind the hotel.

the washroom has an unpleasant odour. they should provide more places for us to hang our clothes at the room itself.

It,s a new hotel and everything looks new and clean

As a hotel, I expect them to provide room cleaning service everyday but too bad they only willing to clean once out of my 3 nights stay, unless I pay them cleaning fees. This is completely weird. The first time I was as to pay a hotel staff to clean even just to throw the rubbish away.

Staff were friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to help us out. She personally took us to the exchange center in the nearby shopping mall since we couldn’t find it. The room is clean, neat and smells good.

Location was very convenient and there were plenty of restaurants close by including Subway Pyramid. The owner was very helpful and all the staff in the front office was friendly, polite and accommodating.

The room was really clean, much more than I expected. It is also conveniently located near Sunway Pyramid/Sunway Lagoon. Perfect for those who wants to attend concerts in the area.

The room had poor acoustics. Vehicles from the nearby road were often audible and it can disturb your sleep if you are a light sleeper.

Room although not spacious is comfortable. Bathroom is simple and clean Room smells fresh upon check-in Very near Sunway Shopping Mall There is a good Laundromat nearby

Windows not sealing off outside noise, but OK if customer is not sensitive to loud motorcycle exhaust noise. Running hot water at bathroom sink will be appreciated.
