The location is great!! Only minutes walk to Sunway Mall. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable! The A/C is phenomenal Basic necessities could be expected.

The TV "is" always "broken!!" (and this is my 3rd stay) The water heater isn't working properly always The refrigerator is also not cool enough to store some medications and it's NOT adjustable whatsoever. So if all these factors are left out (as broken and what not) then it's not as great value as it's supposed to be.

Location was ideal for us. Friendly and very helpful staff. Being so close to a very clean eating house on the next corner was our favourite- ABC.

Renew them kettle- lid was loose but didn't bother us. The very noisy music from the night markets in the next block meant we couldn't sleep until it stopped... one night it was 11pm

Room was Clean and bathroom was spacious. Location is excellence. Price is reasonable.

Problem is there is no reserved parking lot for hotel Guest. Bath towels too soil and rough. Do not hv hair dryer and at least have 1 or 2 glasses. Do not have any open wardrobe and No place to hang up our clothes.

we didn't have breakfast there. we went to nearby shop around that area. Your staff didn't mention about it to us.

Everything is fine and comfortable. The place seem new and clean. The technology usage such calling bell, lights on room number, safety box. These kind of thing really impress me. Thank you for services.

I am chuffed that I had a stay here.. Room is pleasant, clean and comfy. Shops such as bakery, pharmacies, restaurants and sunway pyramid mall are all in walking distance..

only one thing annoys me. The cleaner doesn't sweep thoroughly when required for room cleaning service where I still found strands of hair and dust underneath the bed .
