1- The reception was incredibly supportive and accommodating. They kindly allowed an early check-in, nearly 4 hours ahead of schedule, and provided a secure storage room for our bags until our room was ready. 2- Fantastic location! It’s very close to the water park, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. Perfect spot to unwind after a full day at the water park and the nearby shopping mall.”

The room can be cleaner.

There was one room number 401 which is suitable to stay in it , king bed large room clean and everything was perfect as u need on hotel rooms , But the other rooms was not clean too small the decision too old the wall papers need to be changed. My advice to sleep in 401 room only or book only this room if available. But it's nice hotel near to Sunway Lagoon and mall which is in waking distance, 7 eleven shop all around u .

The hotel is well-maintained and the staff is helpful. The location is very good to access Sunway Pyramid and Sunway Lagoon. The price is very reasonable for this area. If you come for a job interview for any Sunway entity, it is a very convenient place as well. Menara, Pinnacle, and SunU/college are within walking distance.

The room is pretty small so if you have a lot of luggage it could be difficult to store it. But for a short stay, it is a great place. You may save money and stay in the room without a window, it doesn't make any difference.

- The location just next to Sunway Pyramid (very near like 2-3 minutes walk). -I booked deluxe king room, so it is a bit spacious than the usual room, make me feel comfortable and it has window (the view is Sunway Outdoor Parking lot and i can regularly check on my car that i parked there for two days for RM20 only, i don't use my car because i can just walk to Sunway Pyramid for shopping and the Surf Beach to watch Grandwave Kpop Music Fest. concert there) - lots of shops, mart & restaurants around with a big shopping mall just next to it. Pelita 24 hrs is there too just in case come back late from concert around midnight and you're hungry - have hair dyer in bathroom. They provide shampoo, shower cream & 2 towels - has a mini refrigerator in the deluxe king room too -the staffs are friendly. They even reply all my messages before i went there to check in.

1. Traffic jam. Luckily Sunway Pyramid is very near and i can just walk there. 2. TV channel limited but the tv is a smart tv, so you can just use your own Netflix account to watch movies but don't forget to log out before check out. 3. No 3 in 1 coffee packets or tea bag but they provide electric kettle and two mugs. Bring/ buy your own 3 in 1 coffee & tea bag. 4. Noise from people around the location, cars & motorcycle etc. It is a very busy location on weekend but i'm ok with it.

Location was good, lots of food shops. There was private parking lots for hotel guests right outside the hotel (though the units were limited) but there was also an hourly parking lot right opposite the hotel so it was quite convenient

The walls were a bit thin so people talking along the corridor can be quite loud. but that only happened occasionally, so it did not bother me too much. The TV channels were limited, not much to watch on TV

The stay was very comfortable, location is superb if you’re aim is to visit Sunway lagoon, it’s simply just a 2min walk from the hotel.

Bedsheet might have some stains even after changing

Cleanliness of the room and hotel overall, compare with other hotels around it seems like heaven and hell (No joke). I stayed in 3 hotels there and went to surveyed the other 5 hotels around there. The first hotel I lived the nearest one with Sunway Pyramid just a nightmare (No joke) because it’s super dirty there.

With the money I paid, it’s beyond my expectation already.

I had the deluxe room with a king size bed so my baby could sleep between my husband and I. The bed was really comfortable and clean. The bathroom looked brand new, very clean. The room felt spacious. The AC worked well. The location is excellent.

The wallpaper on the wall on one side of the bedroom is starting to come off, but that's not really an issue. The area is very lively so it's not the most quiet, I expected it. The biggest concern is parking, it's so hard to find a parking spot. The hotel only has 2 parking spots.

I like that they provide free mask and mineral water every house cleaning session.

Room is small (I am using family room). However, it is understandable as it is priced cheaply.

Good Location. Close to mall, mamak, 24/7 shops, pharmacy. Comfortable bed. Value for money

It could be noisy or have limited car park if there's an event at the open space opposite the hotel.
