Stayed at Blue Lagoon in Bandar Sunway since we were visiting Sunway Lagoon and honestly, the location is perfect. Just a 5-minute walk to the park, which made everything super convenient. There’s a 7-Eleven just a few meters away and plenty of restaurants nearby, so grabbing food or anything else was easy. Check-in and check-out were fully digital using a self-service kiosk, and the staff at both times were really friendly and helpful. They also took a MYR 50 security deposit, which was refunded when we checked out. We had to check out early to head to Sunway Lagoon, and they were kind enough to hold our luggage for free until we returned, which was a big help. The room was quite small but definitely worth the price. They provided towels, dental kits and toiletries. No bottled water or tea and coffee sachets, but there was a kettle to boil water. A mini fridge was also available. The locker didn’t work and the bathroom door was broken, which was a bit of a downside. Ironing facilities were available in the common area. All in all, it’s a budget-friendly stay in an excellent location if you’re planning to visit Sunway Lagoon.

Great place to staycation for release the stress. Easy access to Sunway Pyramid, easy to get many choice of foods and even easy for check in and check out. First time ever see got machine service system to proceed check in and check out time.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The room was spotlessly clean and well-maintained, which made my stay very comfortable. The housekeeping staff were friendly and thorough, ensuring everything was perfect throughout my stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring. I also loved that the TV had Amazon Prime, allowing me to relax and watch my favorite shows and movies. Overall, the staff were helpful and welcoming, making sure I had everything I needed. I’ll definitely be coming back next time I’m in the area!

Breakfast was okay as it was a truly Malaysian Bfast at a Mamak shop. You will be given a bfast coupon and at the shop there is a list to choose from. Room was more then my expectation as bed n pillow was comfortable and the room size was just nice. Places to eat is no issue here as if you don't prefer the mamak shop, the are a lot of eating place in Sunway Pyramid which is less than 3 min walk.

Water pressure when showering was a bit low but if you are more on environmentally person it is just nice. Not much to watch on TV as all via the web. For those with family maybe either stuck on You Tube or Netflix or other web providers. (signed in to your own account). But if most of the day are for exploring out and then a place to be back it is a comfortable and nice hotel to be.

Location was great and the room was very spacious! The common areas were lovely and we appreciated there was a water dispensor too. There was an elevator/ramp option which was very useful for my elderly mum. The staff were very kind, and helped give directions with where to eat or the closest money changer etc.

The bathroom door was difficult to close, the pipe under the sink was leaking which lead to a constant damp smell. The shower floor was non slip (which was great) but a shower curtain would help prevent water splashing everywhere.

I recently stayed at Blue Lagoon Hotel, and I have to say, it was an amazing experience! The room was spotless and well-maintained, which made my stay feel extra comfortable. The room was immaculate, and the services were top-notch—staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. One of the best things about the hotel is its location. Sunway Pyramid Mall is just a short walk away, which made shopping and dining so convenient. There are also plenty of food options nearby. Everything was perfect, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, great service, and easy access to shopping and dining!

This is my second time staying in this hotel, and i like how the quality is still very good. The room was great, and it also had a water dispenser to refill your bottle of water in the middle of the hot day. Besides that, I appreciate the early check-in option without paying.

The staff forgot to tell me to pay the tax on the first day, it's small mistake, but still could affect the trip.

The front desk woman when we checked in, she was very nice, always smile, and say hello to us. Our room was clean and bed was comfortable. Nice warm and powerful shower. The hotel located just opposite the Sunway mall so it’s very easy to walk to. The hotel provided free refills water which is very nice. The Wi-Fi works perfectly. It was a very nice stay, if we ever come back to Sunway, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you 🙏🏽🙏🏽

One of the comfiest bed ever! We were travelling with our 7 months and he slept like a rock. The proximity to Pyramid and other places/amenities was super convenient for us considering we had a baby along. The room was big enough. We had 5 big luggages and small cabin bags and had tons of room still. The bathroom was super clean. Overall, 100000/10
