Sunway Lagoon/Pyramid literally across the road! So would recommend to park in the Sunway Resort parking with a max rm15 per day charge. Small room but good enough for just resting after wandering around the whole day outside. Nice tiled and clean bathroom with big mirror above the sink! Interestingly, did not except they'd have switches for the lights at the entrance AND also just beside the bed!

Not much to complain actually. Maybe drinking water? If guests could have a place to fill/get water for free throughout our stay, that'd be nice. And the bed was somewhat noisy and unbalanced I think? But for two night sleep wasn't too big deal I guess.

Parking always a hassle at this area. Have to go at least few rounds or have to wait till other cars moved. The Hotel Lobby was having renovation, so it was very dusty. Time to change the Bath Towels.

Overall our stay were good. Location is superb. As for the rate its affordable and cant complain. Will definitely recommend to frens and will come back again.

The only setback was parking, which is understandable. Maybe can at least try to rent 2 car park bays in front of the hotel. As for towels sometimes its soft and white and sometimes urgh...

Very close location to the place that I required to get my work done. There were many eateries nearby as well. The hotel comes with its own convenience store which is helpful since it is a 24 hours convenience store.

The room that I stayed was directly next to the main road, so there was a little noise from the traffic. This probably could be reduced with better soundproofing.

Location was excellent and convenient. Rooms was clean and bathroom was spacious too.

To find a parking was very stressfull. Towels were clean but its too soil. Wish they return the bottled water in the room coz now they are using water filter dispenser at the reception.

Much cleaner than I expected. Can’t complain much for what you paid.

It would be great if it comes with two bottles of complimentary mineral water/drinking water.

The staff was wonderful, the hotel was immaculate, and the bed was the most comfortable one I've ever slept in. Excellent air conditioner, decent size room with all necessary amenities.

In general, the hotel exceeded our expectations.  Congrats! Band arrived on schedule, and the room was fine. I was really comfortable during my visit because to the attractively renovated rooms, bed air conditioners, and renovations. The hotel will regain its former splendour.

I M QUITE SATISFIED ,GOT SHUTTLE BUS TO SUNWAY MEDICAL CENTRE.HOTEL NEARBY GOT KFC, RESTAURANT AND SHOPS.VERY CONVENIENT. I WILL RECOMMEND MY FRIEND TO STAY THERE.
