Great location near the Sunway Convention Centre. Clean and quiet room, relatively clean bathroom. Large room with a queen bed and single bunk beds. Good view with balcony and openable sliding doors. Gym and laundromat facilities. Relatively well maintained buildings. If you follow the instructions well, fairly easy to pick up key.

Exhaust fan in bathroom had caked on dust in it, but I cleaned it and I felt better. Need to access the lift from B1 (carpark level), easy if you follow their instructions carefully, not a big deal.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The host was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions I had, which made the check-in process and overall experience very smooth. The room was clean, tidy, and well-maintained — it felt very comfortable and welcoming. The facilities provided were great, covering everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Another major plus is the location — it’s just a short walking distance to Sunway Pyramid Shopping Mall and Sunway Lagoon Theme Park.

We loved the kitchenette, and used it daily for breakfast. The location to the Sunway Pyramid mall and Sunway Lagoon is AMAZING! We travelled with 4 kids under 12 and were never in need of anything. This was very convenient and perfect for families that want space and great location.

As this suite is more of an air b'n'b style, there is no storage for luggage or no check in desk in the event you arrive and leave outside of check-in/out times.

Nothing.. but a few suggestions on safety:1) provide slippers cause of its wooden and tile floor ( tile - cool at night; wooden -wood splinter causes minor injury on foot. 2) Provide an anti-slip floor mat for the toilet floor and bathtub ( after the shower is wet and is slippery.)

Location was superb. Very good for those who are planning to go to Sunway Lagoon. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Towels were provided only for 2 pax when it sleeps 4 pax. May be more towels should be added. The room decor needs to be upgraded. A bit old looking. The shower head needs adjustment as well.

The location was excellent because it was literally right next to a huge mall. It was nice to have a common area on the 12th floor. The suite was quiet and the view was beautiful.

The suite is very different from the pictures we were looking at before making a reservation. It would have been nice to show some pictures of the suite. Also, it would have been better if there was conditioner in the bathroom room.

Location is connected to the mall so very convenient if you want to do your shopping easy check-in Walking distance to Sun-U residence The host,Raymond,reply promptly in whatsapp.

Property needs a makeover Bed is quite hard.

A very convenient place which is also the Pyramid Shopping center and restaurant street. The room is beautiful, clean and quite. It is easy to check in and check out.

You have to have What's App to contact to the manager to get the key.

Very near to the entrance of sunway lagoon which is surf beach entrance. Walking distance to the sunway pyramid mall too.

I The parking. They should had special price for the guest since I paid quite alot for the stay. Ridiculous price for the parking.

The room was clean and accessible. Owners reached out quickly right after the booking confirmation to provide with details and welcome message. I would highly recommend booking this apartment for your next stay
