The location was fantastic, walking distance to banks, eateries and 7-Eleven. offering great views. Most of all The property exceeded our expectations. Room comes with an attached kitchenette with microwave oven and electric stove. Plates, cutleries and a rice cooker are provided. The cleanliness of the rooms was impectable, and the bathroom facilities were top-notch. The Wi-Fi was reliable, and parking was convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the facilities were well-maintained. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. We will must come back again.

The property manager/host Munna is very kind with great public relations. He addresses clients with respect and dignity. We booked junior suite with great view, this room is so big and spacious with two comfortable queen size beds, dinning table, microwave, toaster, a ceramic stove, iron and ironing board, a working convertible air conditioner, hair dryer and other accessories. There are many places to get many choices of breakfast. Food is so delicious in this area. Our property manager/host Munna was very helpful with information telling us where to get what we wanted. I recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a place to stay around sunway.

The toilet is old with stains inside but it’s clean. The bathroom window was always left open by maybe cleaners, good for fresh air but sometimes dust gets in through the window. We also left the window open as the air extractor in the shower does not seem to be working or is not fitted at all.

The room was spacious, comfortable and clean and house keeping was upto mark. The staff were very obliging and friendly. There minor shortcomings, which should be addressed.

Though, the rooms and location was very good, there was no cable tv and intercom for the room, other than that, there I would recommend any person who wants visit Sunway, to reserve Raintree

It was Staying in Raintree Resort suites at pyramid Tower. The Room is specious, beautiful and well decorated with Balcony. The Hotel combines Luxury, comfortable and enjoyable. The mall and the water park is literally a short - stroll away no need any taxis or shuttle service. Over all very convenient. I got almost everything here.

It was really good property and Staff name Mahin working at 4th Floor and House keeping manager Mr Mohd Abdel Dayem was really too good for their support and assistance. I will surely visit again and will stay in this property.

Strategic location, near by Sunway Lagoon, good stay for Family with small budget for vacation. Got room cleaning service.

Parking fees RM20 for overnight is rather too high

Very convenient from the theme park to food .location super

Pls do install more channels as it only shows Malaysia channels as alot are from overseas . Especially from SG like my family . Will really be a plus point.
