The room and bathroom are clean and neat. The water pressure is in good condition. They also provide free-flow hand soap, shampoo and showee gel. We also received 2 breakfast vouchers. The hotel also have water dispenser and iron board for my floor. The wifi is good connection. This hotel also have a elevator.

The price for the room is not the same from Booking.com even after confirmed. I manage to booked for RM88 but I need to pay RM104 during check in. I need to pay deposit RM50 upon check in but it is refundable. Normally in Booking.com they will tell you the total price you need to pay after you confirmed your stayed. By doing this, the hotel got hidden chargers that is not stated in the site. The hotel parking is only for 2 parking lots. I need to find a parking about 1 hour before check in.

Close to Sunway Pyramid, easy access to public transportation, got few shops and restaurants nearby, received one RM8 coupon per days for you to be spent in the coffee shops, friendly and helpful receptionists.

Quite a small room with the pricing. The room keeper did not change the small towel and just reuse the dirty one. The manager is not friendly and welcoming. The front door is such a hassle because its so heavy and you have to sort of fight for it to open while bringing your heavy suitcase. And they did nothing with the next building’s noise early in the morning or when the wifi was down for the night.

I stayed at this hotel nearly a dozen times this year. I can give you five reasons why: 1. The location - perfect if you want to visit Sunway Pyramid or Lagoon. It's directly above the Pelita if you're trying to find it on a map. 2. The room - perfect if all you want is a good night's sleep. Very quiet, and if you want a great sleep, book a room with no windows (I loved room 110 for this purpose). 3. The shower head in most rooms is strong and has plenty of hot water. Great if you're sweaty and want to refresh yourself. 4. Comfort - The rooms were always super clean and the bed was comfortable. There was also a decent selection of television entertainment in most rooms. 5. Facilities - They provide a common ironing board and water dispenser, which is a very nice touch.

- The rooms are relatively small (basically just a bedroom, so it's not a great place to spend any significant time in the room. - The shower only has a half wall, so the whole floor gets wet any time you take a shower. - Very basic minimalist décor - not the kind of place you'll want to take pictures of, if you care about such things.

Excellent location. Easy access to sunway mall & all restaurants around the area. The cleanliness of room is quite good & is exact same as seen from pictures of the room.

Maybe they can pay attention to few smaller details, for example there's no tea spoon in the room for the cups they provides, and it seems to have no water heater switch found for shower. Although there's a water dispenser along the rooms corridors, maybe can also have a small handy kettle in rooms for convenience of hotel guest making drinks.

the location is very strategic, it is very good that it is near to brt station. the staff were also nice, not much chit chat as i assume they know customers only come to get rested.

the front entrance isn't locked hence questioning the safety of the rooms. the rooms are not soundproof either, there was a buzzing sound on my 2nd night and it bothers me while sleeping.

Room is clean and spacious ! Although I choose the windowless room, I can still get sunlight from the bathroom. The bathroom (shower) is also huge. Too bad I have kind of noisy neighbour who put the TV on to max, but fortunately not until very late at night. I also like the decor and the free water from dispenser. Location is also good, close to food and aminities in Sunway.

The elevator cannot be used to get downstairs, so have to carry my suitcase down a floor.

One thing I like most about Artisan Eco Hotel is there are a few water purifier placed at the corridor, provide both cold and hot water, and one is just outside our room! I love to refill my tumbler whenever I need water, and super hot water for our drink especially in the morning, or sometimes at midnight so convenient to make a cup of warm milk to drink before bedtime, of course I brought my favorite milk powder and 3 in 1 package beverage... Love the Cuckoo water purifier!

The hotel is really in a great location and the price is also very reasonable for being so central. I loved the little touches that made it clear that the owners cared about our earth and are trying their best to make our stay much more eco friendly. The beautiful artwork also serves to remind us of both the beauty of our earth and the danger of it disappearing if we stay on our business as usual path.

It would have been great if the receptionist would be allowed to stay in the hotel so that we do not have to wait for checkin. May I also suggest that one could make sure that the room service sets the air conditioning units at a sensible temperature (say 24°C instead of 16°C) which may help guests to realise they do not need to set such low temperatures to have a comfortable stay.

room is self sufficient, aircon is cold, water heater works perfectly, room also has a hairdryer. i took the room with no window so it is far from the lift with minimal noise disruption which is ideal for me as I'm a light sleeper. the hotel has a few Cuckoo water dispensers placed along the corridor for shared consumption, although there is cup and glass bottle in the room, i used my own plastic bottle. checking in & out processes are quick and straightforward. the property is within short walking distance to LRT and Sunway pyramid mall. it has 2 parking lots reserved for its customers, on a first come first serve basis, but there are other public lots available too if the place is not crowded. many eateries and shops within the vicinity

We stayed overnight as we were so tired after our trip in Genting before heading to JB. So we decided to stay here at night. Wifi is very fast. In the city but not noisy outside the street. Very near to restaurants, Sunway pyramid, pharmacies and mamak downstairs. Discovered a breakfast restaurant nearby next day

Cant comment as didn't really expect too much. Just a convenient stop
