I stayed there for about 20days.. I like the fact that some convenient stores were just walking distance away. There were night markets every Wednesday which is super good. The staffs were all good and friendly especially one girl wearing tudung. Which I didn't get her name, she told me to book from hotel app which will be cheaper with a new year promo code. All in all would recommend.

The AC broke down the 2nd night I was there.. They offered to change room but the new room was bit smaller in space. So I decided to stay in same room and they expedited the AC repair. The heater temperature button was not working well. AC was a bit noisy when we turn the temperature up. Ceiling, particularly near the bed was dusty and there were spider webs. Pillow case a bit smelly. Something to improve on.

Room layout. It's not like the typical square room.

The slipper at the wash room. Could use some change to avoid the growing mold. Also under the hot afternoon sun, all the water fixtures would be piping hot. Even the shower machine couldn not help with its cold setting. Lift could squash you, if you couldn't get in fast enough since I guess it's an old elevator with no object detact sensor.

Like the location and convenience to surrounding shops and eatery. Wasn't difficult to find parking at the public parking. Price was cheap although the room for 3 isn't that big. Ideal for short stay.

The cleanliness could be improved. The bedsheet had old blood stains on it. The pillow cases looked old and yellowish but fortunately the pillows and the cases didn't smell bad. The floor could have been cleaner.

They provided free drinkable water, the location was good, the staff were very helpful and manneded.

There weren't any simple things like extra bag. Though a mere thing, you sometimes do need these.

Nothing. It worth for the price. No complaint. Want more good pay more hokayyy.

they must more alert when customer send messages late check-in 3am or 4am must reply not told the booking property hold till 6pm really not professional,if you want customer to make full payment must informed. Staff need more training!

Location is nearest with so many attraction places.

Property is under renovatio, so can’t sleep peacefully in the morning.

Overall it's all 👌

Only the sleeping bed and the pillow its no comfortable because neck and body pain another its ok.

Near shops and restaurants. Cheaper than other hotel. Good security- require card to enter. Aircond quite cool 👍 will stay again next time

The price is cheap and the room was comfortable.

Downstairs very noisy when night time.
