Everything has exceeded our expectations, food was excellent, rooms were clean and very good size, location was amazing.

There is one thing we need to mention here, greeting with a smile is really missing in this hotel. People are travelling long distances to stay in your hotel, the simplest thing you can do is have a smile and greet them with how was the trip before asking for passport etc... As we walked in to check-in, the first thing the receptionist asked for was our passport. Hotel is a hospitality business, you are not only selling accommodation but you want to win people hearts and mind so they can come back again an be frequent guests.

The location is perfect for park access as well as connected to the sunway pyramid mall. The room was clean and spacious and we had asked for a connecting room but they were only able to give us a room side by side which was fine as well

The breakfast had a nice spread but was very crowded specially on one of the days where they were even out of english breakfast tea!. The sleep quality could be improved : beds and pillows were not that comfortable

Very comfortable room that made my stay a lot nicer. Easy to reach other building in the Sunway complex. Nice pool. I enjoyed staying in my room which was important since I stayed there for one week and had to work from my room.

The breakfast buffet was very rich, however as a foreigner I wished there were more non-fried options and more cheese. It was a bit difficult for me to start my day with spicy and friend food.

The reception is very fast and helpful. The room is very spacious, offers a large bathroom with rainforest shower and many amenities. A large breakfast buffet is served daily with a choice of Chinese, Indian, Arabic and Western dishes. Drinks include water, juices, tea and coffee. Right next to the hotel is a huge shopping mall with various restaurants, cafes and shopping stores.

My only downside is the opening hours of the pool on the rooftop terrace. The pool is beautiful and offers many great loungers to relax, but unfortunately the entire pool area closes at 7pm. A pool bar and the extension of the opening hours would be an amazing measure.

Price/Location: A cheaper alternative as compared to Sunway Lagoon Resorts but quality is not compromised. Slightly located off the side as compared to the other hotels in Sunway Lagoon but it still very much within a couple of minutes of walking distance. Room: Clean and spacious. King sized bed was huge and comfortable

Breakfast: Spread/variety could be increased (but still very decent!) Lift: Room key card access was not sensitive anymore, had a lot of difficulties getting the floor pressed. Our key cards also only allowed us to access the room floor we were on, which is great for privacy/security. But we were assigned to different floors as our parents and we couldn't access their room at all, had to resort to meeting directly at breakfast/at the lobby.

its good experience to stay in there, as i stayed there before also, room is very nice and location also, very good atmosphere, but sad thing is as a smoker i feel uncomfortable because there is no smoking rooms, smoking area is there but cant go every time . rest everything is very good and i like , specially front desk staff and other staff.

the hotel is perfectly located new the Suwway mall, the gym is small but well equipped and open 24hours, the pool is great, pity that it will be closed at 7.00 pm

I had a problem with the wifi during the last 2 days of mt stay. For sure the service have to be improved.

- staff at front desk reception are professional & helpful, trying their best to arrange inter-connecting rooms and explain how the hotel guest parking works. - rooms are pretty comfortable; - enjoy the convenience of having the shopping mall connected to the hotel.

- the car park is shared with the mall & other sunway buildings. It would be better if clearer direction to the nearest parking lots of the hotel can be improved. We were fortunate to ask a security personnel at the car park entrance for direction, otherwise, we would be going round & round the car park trying to find our way to the hotel parking.

Comfortable beds,Bathroom is clean,Area is nice with malls and restaurants around.Swimming pool is good.

Swimming pool closes quite early.TV has limited channels Lift /Elevator is busy most of the time. They have reserved one section of seating area in the lobby for AIRLINES STAFF which i feel unacceptable for the rest.

The location was perfect, right next to the water park, and connected directly to the mall. It's very close to the sunway resort, which is a very grand hotel, but not much price difference out of season.

It had a wet smell to it, I'm assuming that is because of all the people who visit the park and come back wet. Also the worst part was the lifts. We had to wait 20 to 30 minutes for the lift to come as they have 26 floors and only 3 working lifts.
