The hotel was very clean, soft lights at the lobby, bright lights in the room. Nice deco and ambiance throughout. TV is very clear, WiFi was strong. Mattress, comforter & pillow very clean and soft. Loved the strong water pressure of the shower, and I especially love the shower gel/shampoo combo because my hair became very soft after. Water dispenser at every floor was thoughtful. Staff also allowed us to keep our bags at the lobby before and after our stay as we wanted to walk around the area.

Aircon was leaking a bit but it wasn't a big problem for me and I didn't want to move rooms. Asked the management if my sister could park at the hotel parkings that nobody was using for about two hours while we had dinner but was rejected, but I guess rules are rules.

It was a very pleasant stay. Liked having a simple breakfast provided by the hotel. The staff were very friendly and we liked the cleanliness

The rooms were a bit too cramped. The walls were so thin that there was no sound proofing. The location was difficult to find parking and was congested at all times especially at night.

The location was super ideal, there's a wet market right infront of the hotel, with various restaurants and food centers nearby. It is a also very near the SS15 LRT station, which is about 3 mins walk away.

The only issue is that there is no daily room service, but if you need anything like extra trash bag, toilet paper, etc., you can get them from the reception counter.

I am travelling alone for work trip and use public transportation to reach the destination . I took LRT from KL Sentral to the hotel. Very convenient location with less than 5 minutes walking from LRT station (SS15). Subang Parade , Courtyard and Empire are within walking distance (5 to 15 minutes walk). Sunway Pyramid is reachable by taxi with 5 minutes drive during low traffic. During peak hours it may takes 20-30 minutes. The room was just fine for 1 person with all necessities provided. All clean. The hotel allow me to leave my luggage before check-in time, since i have work engagement . I was given toast with butter and 'kaya', and tea/coffee that served until 11am at the lobby. It was good enough for the room price i paid.

High privacy and only highly disciplined guest can accommodate this type of hotel. There will be no room service which means if one wants to mess up the room it will be his/her own consequence to stay in the condition he or she created for the rest of the booking period.

Very helpful on hotel payment…thou the room a bit small but with minor adjustment, i managed to hv my sholat space…staff also very helpful to lend me a sejadah…very easy to find food, self-service laundry, convenience store, very near to lrt, etc

Cozy & clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Though the room was small, decor was pleasant. The location was extremely good, right next to the LRT and in the midst of many eateries and convenience stores.

The only small thing I have to mention is that I wish there were some fruit at breakfast - just toast and eggs felt limited. But not a deal-breaker for me, I'd still come again!

The hallway smells nice, the room nice and spacious, i think the winning point here is the location cause its a walking distance to lrt and also many famous restaurants. Parking reserve at the front of hotel.

Overall, the rooms were clean with comfortable mattress and pillows, as well as nice toilets. Just that the same type of room may have slight different width and setup, depending on the location.

Thin wall. One night, it was too noisy outside. Not sure whether it was other guests or the staffs. Other than that, everything else was good.

The bed, cleanliness, facilities like hot water.

Bed was too soft on the edge. I nearly fell off the bed 4 times. Ghostly encounters; my wife's handbag fall of twice in the middle of the night in the same spot.
