Easy walk to Damen Mall that had all we needed for a long stay (2 months). Restaurants, Pharmacy, Groceries, Post Office - all the essentials. There is even an underground path if the monsoon breaks and the rain is pouring down. Another option is Sunway Pyramid, about 10 minutes by car, if you want a more upmarket experience. Good amount of room for Mum and Dad and 2 teenagers. You could fit more with younger kids too. Must add that the rooftop pool was lovely at all times of the day. Many thanks to the managing agent who was very fast in attending to a couple of minor maintenance issues. Always very helpful.

Traffic can be an issue here. Some days, it takes 5 minutes to be away and on to the nearest highway .. some days it takes over 30. Hard to pick, but best to just relax and turn up the radio. Often police arrive to help direct traffic and keep it running smoothly. Its a busy area, so be prepared for traffic noise if you open the windows. Free Wifi is handy, and great for emails, Tik Tok, movies and reading the news. At 30Mbps, however, its a bit slow for heavy downloads.

Check in was a snap. The guard was friendly, efficient and helpful. The code was good and the keys all worked fine. The security is very good. The elevator is speedy so you don't waste time. All kitchen utilities were as promised with is important to me. Comfortable bed with lots of pillows. Great shower! Comfortable couch to watch TV though figuring out how to work it was tricky. Having the mall across the street is a blessing along with the LRT, BRT just down the road.

There was some hair still on the floor and in the bathroom. The mop was very smelly and you need a mop bucket for rinsing and wringing out the mop. For a place of this size I recommend a water vacuum, does wonders on these floors and gets everything. I own a Kartcher, great investment, my floors are similar where hair sticks to and mops do not pick up a lot.

I was directed by the host to collect the keys from a locked box. This was a fairly straightforward procedure, after the host had provided a the lock code. I also liked the valet parking in front of the main lobby that made dealing with our luggage much easier. The host provided us with a 3 bedroom apartment (2 double, 1 single) when I requested and paid for a 2 double apartment (thank you kindly for that!) at no extra cost. I also loved the fact that the Da Men Shopping Complex was just across from the main lobby.

The main bedroom air-conditioning probably needs a good service as it was blowing hot air most of the time. Some of the plugs (2nd bedroom) weren't working. I think the apartment would also benefit greatly from a new sofa set. Besides these, it was a clean and lovely apartment.

I like that the floor was nice and clean, unlike certain place that has sticky or dusty feeling. Also host was accommodative to my request.

My only complain is that no direction or indication where to park or enter at the parking lot. Would b helpful to let us know to park in the pink areas and look for the entrance to the lifts next to the parking exit. Had to make a few rounds n asking the guards were difficult as they were not locals.

We are happy and comfortable, most important my kids enjoy the pool.

Just want to highlight the parking should have at least 1 parking for each quest.

Liked the place, location. Very convenient. Nearby malls n shopping marts easy to excess.

Had a little problem while checking in with the excess card. But the owner solved it ASAP.

The apartment was so big and easier for us to go anywhere. And also it is safe. Gym, Sauna and swimming pool i love it!
