Nice play to stay with great view and environment. Room was clean, wide and tidy. Got bathtub in masterbed, big refrigerator, washing machine, hair dryer, iron with board. But for muslim, there’s no sejadah and qiblat arrow for reference.

Everything is good, best, excellent and very pleasant stay except for the parking. If u came more than 1 car, u need to park in different level because they only provide 1 parking for residents and another car need to park at basement for visitors but u only get 1 access card.

it was spacious, clean and it provided all the amenities you needed for a Kuala Lumpur holiday.

So my room ended with 4 on my key card but the actual number of the apartment # ends with 3A because 4 is an unlucky number in Chinese culture. That makes it really not nice to find out when you arrive to your apartment at 2am in the middle of the night and have to go up and down to speak to security from the 19th floor and even the security doesn’t know the answer, best solution is to plainly write somewhere that rooms ending in 4 = 3A. I was playing detective when my family is wanting to sleep & I could not get in touch with anyone at that hour. not a good feeling

the apartment was great and comfortable. all amenities were included like washing machine, cooking utensils, extra pillow, iron, etc.

there was no cleaning service. stayed for a week and a cleaner coming by at least twice to replenish toilet rolls, tissues, clean towels etc would have been perfect when we pay this much.

Good location, high up, da men, Mydin and Sunway pyramid nearby. Good rates, spacious for what you pay for.

The bed was a bit too firm for my taste, almost uncomfortable but for the price it was fine. Chairs in dining area were very basic and sofa was very low for someone my height (188cm)

It was neat, clean and quiet.

The washing machine didn’t function well on the 3rd day and 4th day – the laundry was wet at the end of the wash! The shower water pressure was not strong enough. One of the two stoves couldn’t start a fire! The 2nd bedroom had a large window through which people in the corridor could peep despite having a see-through curtain! As a result we had to squeeze into the master room.

Quiet & safe stay, conveniently located with supermarkets & BRT station within 5 - 10 minutes walk. Highly recommended for families.

More utensils & cutlery in kitchen would have been nice.

The keys is collect from mail box which is after arrived register with guard hours and collect it

Everything ok . Luxury renovation unexceptional. Worth for money . Just one thing need to improve which is toilet shower . The water 💦 like stuck come out with little water . Overall everything is good

Comfy, lots of store nearby and near to MRT Station

Parking for our car only can park at the visitor parking and it charges alot, for one day about RM 17+

Quite comfortable stay. Air-conditioning was working well, tidy, spacious for 4 people, check out easy.

Few things for improvements, 1. The sliding door for main room not smooth and cannot lock. 2. Kettle not able to use and some pot was rusty. 3. Not enough cups ( got 3, suggest at least 4-6, and slightly bigger sized ones, the ones you have quite small) 4. Got iron board but no iron. 5. No shower gel/shampoo provided. 6. Property owner didn't respond to messages sent on booking app. 7. And the biggest problem I had was , confusion over the parking and checking it. Plus you should have mentioned the parking rate at the booking site, at least we would have figured some other options. We got lost in the parking lot, it was dark and we were quite worried for safety of our car, it was written" park at own risk!"

conveniently located next to big shopping mall Mydin. No problem to find food. Security is strict too. Owner provides towel, shower gel, shampoo, toilet roll, lots of plates and cutleries, microwave oven, fridge, washing machine. House is clean and air cond works wonderfully.
