Although far away from downtown and other areas, the immediate neighborhood is great with multiple shopping malls and a metro stop nearby, just a few minutes walking. The room was very small but super clean and cozy despite no windows, and the bathroom was clean with a nice hot shower. The WiFi worked well and it was surprisingly quiet at night with relatively strong doors and walls.

My room was near the lift and sometimes I could hear the engine whirring but it wasn't that bad really. I think my only suggestion to management would be to have a friendlier welcome message, instead of telling guests their reservation will be cancelled if they don't confirm their arrival time (or at least provide a deadline)... also, like many other hotels in KL they require a surprise "cash only" 50 ringgit deposit during check-in which is a rather minor annoyance.

The room is very clean with all the facilities that you need for a short term stay. The water pressure is big and heater was working fine. Bed is comfortable and aircon is cold enough. Love that it comes with a classic cartoon channel on TV! Will definitely come back next time!

Need to find a way to improve on soundproofing, may hear people talking from the next room. Bear in mind to pay for parking during weekdays from 9am to 6pm. Also, if add another power socket beside the toilet mirror would be perfect for those who want to do their hair.

bad experience situation when we asked to borrow 1 umbrella to go to car and pick up my own umbrella. Staff say cannot use the umbrella for even 2mins running to the car. So I have to run to the car and get wet.

I didnt expect that the bathrom are... Really such a big space... Like waw... It can even fit many people in that bathroom lol... And of course the room are clean even it small (Its really fine for me because I just need a place to stay cause I have an event to attend at Subang Parade) and yeah also it was cheap for 2 day and I like it... The aircond, and other facilites are perfectly fine and function... So... Its really recommended... Insyaallah will repeat again.

The small complimentary instant coffee on the desk was definitely a cherry on top. DO NOT FORGET to try the Sate Kajang below just 15 seconds walk from the Hotel. There is one convienent store right across.

Dusty room. my eyes and nose were itchy during the stay. The aircond was so loud. It can be hard to get food if you are craving for midnight supper.

Overall, we were very satisfied with the room, plus the added amenities in the room and how clean it was. Even the bathroom was clean and maintained well. The sound insulation of the room may be lacking, as some guests may hear voices from the corridor and may be able to hear voices from other rooms.

Very easy check-in process. The staff helps assist me to get to know the surrounding area such as the eating places and mosque. The hotel is in good shape and quite new. Recommended for other travellers that is going around USJ area

The parking area is limited and this is a headache for hotel occupants that travelling by car. There is only 2 parking spots reserved for hotel occupants. Increasing this will be a better and good attraction.

The room has a single bed, single tall wardrobe unit, functional desk and chair, and a kettle. The room and hallway are clean, and the air inside is fresh. Standard amenities include a white towel, toothbrush with mini toothpaste, shower cap, body soap, and shampoo.

Not much to note except a working hairdryer would have been nice to have.
