Everything was great except for one thing that can be improved.

The bed might have dustmites or bed bugs because my sensitive skin got irritated, unfortunately. Also, one light bulb was broken, but it didn't matter much to me.

The guy at the reception is so kind! We had breakfast included until 10am, and even though we woke up later than that, he still gave us some coffee and nasi lemak 😊 Rooms are tiny but very clean and convenient for a short stay.

The family room is spacious, toilet is clean, I think shower gel is going to finish. Hope that staff check and refill before guest stay. Aircond is cold. Water pressure is OK. Strategic location,surrounded with a lot of restaurants. The double bedroom toilet is clean.

unable to watch TV, there is no channel. Besides hotel is restaurant, the restaurant has music band, is louder can be heard from the room. Crowded place, a bit difficult to find parking at night. Double bedroom mirror is old and blur, have something like mold. Aircond is cold. Toilet is clean. Lighting in both family room and double bedroom is very dim. Hope that staff can make the room brighter. After coming out from the lift Level 2, the corridor is dim, no light. Hope that can improve.

everything's good. strategic location (near to the mosque, grocery shop, cafes/restaurants) and the breakfast provided were superb (nasi lemak/toast and egg/coffee/tea). i like how aesthetically pleasing this hotel is. really comfortable & convenient for me

the room was a bit small but it was okay. the only thing that i actually quite didn't like is there are small glass windows between the toilet and the room, also on the wall near the ceiling that separates the room and the hotel walkway

Minimalist concept that have what I need for a comfortable stay and good value for money. Staff is friendly. Breakfast provided. Location surrounded with many choices for food and good massage.

Parking would be difficult if you arrive before 7pm. But after that many public parking spaces available. I dont drive this trip. It was from previous experience.

Clean and welcoming entrance with friendly staff , very good location with convenience store opposite and restaurants downstairs and close by. Breakfast with authentic nasi lemak and roti bakar with eggs. Simply small nice bar for breakfast.

Basically everything!!!! The staffs are very friendly. The hotel has an amazing vibe and contemporary atmosphere. So many fast foods, local cuisine available near the hotel, all are walking distance.

I can’t find anything I dislike about the property. really value for money. Only thing is the parking space during the day time, very limited.

Really friendly staff! The room was all I needed for my short stay and was very clean.

The rooms are not very soundproof so you can hear conversations in the corridor and noise d from other rooms in quiet periods.

All toiletries complete. The place is very good location. You can choose a lot of restaurants and other shops around.

The room is clean but we are not sure if they change the bedsheets. You cannot see its dirty but the blanket smells like curry and its quite strong.

Love the easy check in, service was good and they had breakfast included in their cosy cafe. It has a lift!! It was easy to walk to the room

Watermarks on the wall, ceiling and aircond. The first room aircond did not blow cold air but the hotel was so kind to switch our rooms. Bathrooms probably need a good scrub on the walls.
